My daughter called the store to see if a particular shoe was in stock. The website said there was one pair in her size in the store. The store associate said there was one pair. My daughter asked her to hold the shoes and she would be there within 2 hours as it was a 30 mile drive one way. My daughter needs these particular shoes for a wedding. When she arrives at the store, my daughter finds that the associate pulled a beige pair of shoes. The shoes my daughter requested were black and had given the associate the stock number. There was a black pair of shoes in my daughter's size on a mannequin. The associate refused to attempt to replace the mannequin 's shoes with a different size so my daughter could purchase the correct size shoes. Why would the web site and the associate indicate they had one pair of shoes available when in fact they were not. 60 miles of driving and 2 hours wasted. Whatever happened to educated, accommodating associates. If an item is not available because its on a mannequin then the associate should know this and tell the customer while on the phone that they are not available for this reason and not waste our time and money. Glad we didn't take the toll roads. We won't be shopping this Windsor or any other location...

She was hurrying to buy the stuff on her lunch break since she also works in retail. They kept the receipt because they said they have to keep it for their records and so she came home with 2 items. She tried them on and realized the one item was a romper not a small dress so we tried returning it the next day. The person behind the counter told me that we couldnât return it because it was exchanged already. I was confused because, no it wasnât. Turns out when you return an item, every other item on that receipt canât be returned and all are considered âExchangedâ. I feel this is a really stupid policy that wasnât relayed to neither of us. She has shopped there before with no issue and now we are out $30 on an item she doesnât like and I canât even get...

I highly recommend this store the staff are so helpful and kind they truly make sure the customers are happy and have a pleasant shopping experience. One of the staff members Jaylee helped me so much she was kind and welling to do anything to make sure she can help me order a dress that I wanted she was patient and kind. I will definitely be returning to this store to shop best customers service I have ever seen. I 100% recommended this store to anyone.
