I came to the store because I needed to resize my all metal, Casio G-Shock, GMW-B5000. A Respected Colleague, recommended this specific jewelry store, based on her continuous, enjoyable personal interactions and the superior customer service. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store by The Owner, Mr. Van. I enjoy tinkering with my watches, cleaning them and changing bands and bracelets. This watch, has a "Wine Red" (The color hue will temporarily change in different color lighting and if it is exposed to fingerprints; PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)-applied color. I am willing to take risks, this was not one of them.

One thing I learned in the Marine Corps, never be afraid to ask for help from the Pros/Veterans. Mr. Van was very cautious and seemed to care for my watch, as much as I did! He was patient, gave me advice and took his time to address my needs and accomplish the mission. He was very meticulous with his work and my watch band adjustment. Not one scratch!

Fall 2022, I originally purchased my watch. Summer 2024, after visiting Fuller's Jewelry today, this is the FIRST time, this watch has PERFECTLY fit my wrist, like my Dress Blues! Mr Van had me well on my way.

Mr. Van is Great! Professionalism, hospitality, Level of Workmanship, Customer Service and Care; Bar none. With that said, it's easy to understand why they have been in business for OVER 70 years! If you are a watch nut, like myself, they have a great selection of fine Seikos to sample!

Wherever I call home, I love to support local businesses and Mom and Pop style shops.

I had a fantastic experience with Avery P. while searching for the perfect pair of natural diamond earrings for my wife. When I walked into the store with the goal of finding a match for a lost stud, Avery immediately made me feel like my needs were her top priority. She listened attentively to my wishes and presented several stunning options that caught my eye.

After a brief discussion, Avery stepped away to consult with Joe, the store manager. They returned with enthusiasm and suggested taking a couple of days to create a proposal for a trade and upgrade based on our conversation. I appreciated their commitment to finding the best fit for me.

True to her word, a few days later, Avery reached out with an exciting proposal. She invited me back to the store to view the beautiful matched 2+ carat diamonds they would custom-mount for me. The best part? There was absolutely no pressure; Avery encouraged me to take my time and truly consider my decision.

When I returned, Avery and Joe greeted me warmly, making me feel like a valued customer (which I suppose I am, even if I don't visit as often as they would like 🙂). They showed me the exquisite diamonds, complete with all the necessary paperwork. I felt confident and excited about making the purchase, knowing they had gone above and beyond to meet my needs and offer incredible value at a fantastic price. They assured me that the earrings would be ready for pickup in time for Christmas, despite their tight schedule.

Avery called when my gift was ready for pickup, and I was warmly greeted and acknowledged by everyone working that day.

This experience signified a few "firsts" for me. I had never ventured into creating a custom jewelry piece before, so naturally when I decided I wanted a ring guard for my engagement ring, I of course wanted it to be perfect. Also, I had never had any previous interactions with Fuller's Jewelry. Let me just say this....I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience from start to finish! Since, I was trying to incorporate generational diamonds I already had, I knew I wanted to find a company that would take the utmost care of these items during this process. I felt that a family owned company that had a long standing reputation within the community would be a better route than a franchised commercial chain jeweler (personal opinion). I found Fuller's during my Google search and was able to set up an appointment to speak to Van about my vision. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful. He kindly told me which stones they could possibly try to use to create the ring guard and which ones weren't the best match to the stones in my engagement ring. He took the time to understand the vision I had for this piece. Then, Brooke handled correspondence between me and the designer to complete the renderings and final product. She was phenomenal, and answered all of my questions, no matter how novice. She made sure I was kept informed throughout the whole project. The final piece was absolutely stunning!
