Hard to support small business with ridiculous return policy. My husband purchased two items as a Christmas gift on December 23, for close to $100. I attempted to return the items on Tuesday January 4. They refused to credit my charge card, exchange the items or give store credit. Explaining their return cut off was December 31. Many shoppers are out of town during the holidays, as were we. The more I questioned the policy the more the managers excuses changed. Even to the point I was told all DT Aiken stores have the same policy. I did an informal survey the same afternoon, they do not.
