KAY Jewelers — Local services in Aiken County

We love Kay Jewelers and usually go to this one but recently I was basically left to feel I was a burden when a worker complained that they would have to dig (call head quarters) to find records on my wedding rings I bought from this exact Kay Jewelers store! The Assistant Manager was the one who made me feel this way and I left very upset on how she handled the situation. BUT I HIGHLY recommend Augusta, Georgia Kay Jewelers in the mall! Took the same situation to them and it was awesome to have professional acting people who actually cared and took the time to explain things to us. This is my wedding ring so it is the one piece of jewelry that means a lot to me. I hear the manager at the Aiken store is wonderful but as long as the assistant manager is in the store I won't be back. Disappointing cause we loved...

I called the Aiken Kay Jeweler on a whim today to see about getting my ears pierced. I had previously had my ears pierced when I was twelve years old which was over 50 years ago but due to some issues with not wearing good earrings and leaving them in too long one became inflamed and I let it grown up. I decided to get them pierced again today and when I called I was told they could do it today between 12 and 5:00. I spoke with Chris and Amber when I went in and they were great. Amber showed me the choice of earrings for piercing and explained the process and aftercare He did the piercing and it was virtually painless! I highly recommend...

I trusted these people with a gift for my son, prior to me leaving the state to take a management position with the Railroad. The chain broke and was hollow Jewelry, the people in the store Lied and the manager Jorden, backed the lies. It would be a simple fix if they would just get the recording from there phone lines. No one Offered to fix, exchange or any remedy to the issue. So, people look at their ratings and don't trust them with your money and your memories.
