Came for a girl's day out with my kids who wanted to eat here. Tell me why the machine had no ice for drinks, not even one of the soft drinks in the dispensers had carbonation ( some were just a slow pour of straight syrup, some were flat, tasteless and old), and yes... That's an eyelash on my kids fries that she didn't see until half way through them. Now I know we probably consume human hair and other unspeakable things in our food when we eat out, and accidents happen. I don't like to complain or make a scene either, so I decided a review would be better than saying nothing at all. One of the ladies behind the counter got us ice when I addressed the issue of it being empty but no one ever came out to put in ice for the other 10 people that came in to dine after us. Another thing I noticed was the meat tastes different than usual. When we do eat Taco Bell we usually go to the hwy119 location which we've never had trouble with. But maybe it was me. I couldn't finish my lunch and though my daughter didn't say anything about the taste, she too couldn't even eat...

I called and I spoke to the Dillian, who is the GM. He spoke over me saying that they just need my name and to remake my order. I told them I'm not coming back up there tonight and I needed a refund. I asked him do I need to come up there to receive a refund and he said no. Then I asked him about the refund process and he hung up on me.
I waited a moment thinking we just got disconnected and then when I realized he wasn't going to call back and I asked blatantly did he hang up on me and I asked him what is the refund process again. He then told me I actually do have to come in the store. Then I asked who will be the manager for tomorrow and he let me know he is the GM.
I let him know I'll be there in the morning and I disconnected the call. I filled out the survey letting them know about my experience. I'm not expecting 5 star service but I at least expect to get...
Read moreI came through the drive-thru tonight after picking my son and his friends up from the Thompson football game. The boys were having a good time, asking me if they could have the food handed to them through my sunroof. I was worried that we would pull up to an employee that would be annoyed, but instead we were SO lucky to pull up to Bradley!! He not only totally understood that they were being "boys". Silly, but respectful. But he gave the KINDEST customer service, while telling the boys to do good in school and that they were lucky to have a mom who put time and energy into making happy childhood memories. We all pulled off smiling, laughing, and greatful! It is so rare that an employee who deals with people their entire shift has that positive of an attitude these days!!! Seriously, thank you Bradley!! The order was also correct, down to the sauces, which when teen boys are ordering was impressive. I will never forget that...
