The employees here are nice and seem to do their jobs well. Unfortunately, they work for an idiotic company that doesn't seem to want any business. I am tired of my current internet provider and their constant price hikes, so I decided I would try T-mobile. Well, I tried them, and I didn't get as far as opening an account! I went online, and near the end of the process they wanted me to agree to texts and emails. It said if I didn't want that, I could order over the phone. I use my phone for business and unnecessary texts really get in the way, so I called. Well, the number they give to sign up is automated and it asks for your account number and such, like you are an existing customer. I finally got a live person on the phone, but he didn't know how to do what I needed, so he transferred me to another department. There, I finally spoke to someone about internet, but I wasn't sure the speeds were good enough. I decided later that it would have to do and I tried calling back. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone again. I tried 844-775-8565 and 877-839-1183. One is listed on their website and one is listed on a mail advertisement. I finally reached a live person, but again, he was the wrong person. I was put on hold several minutes before I gave up. Then I thought, maybe I can go just go to the store. I called this store and they immediately picked up and said they do have the internet boxes. So I went there. They had to take a front and back picture of my driver's license and asked for my full SS number. i find this very invasive. They didn't ask for those online or over the phone. Then, their tablet tried to do a credit check. I have my credit locked because someone tried to open a CC in my name a few months ago. The internet signup didn't look at my credit and neither did the guy on the phone. Its not like I'm buying a house or opening a CC Card. I don't want some phone company checking my credit either. Each time someone does a credit check, your credit score goes down for two years. So I tried online, over the phone and in person. If you can't make this process simple then you must not...
Read moreI’ve been going to this store for years and have been provided great customer service. I have Jump coverage and the team always goes the extra mile helping me with my phone. Due to severe arthritis in my hands, I occasionally drop my phone. It does have a good screen protector, but the camera cover does crack easily. The guys have always been so helpful & will replace my screen cover for me. Since they don’t carry the cover I bring it in. On Wednesday, the only person working the floor was Hamada. This is the 1st time seeing him there. He wasn’t friendly and told me they don’t replace covers. I told him that the team has been doing this for me for years. Hamada said he doesn’t know how to do this and walked off. I asked to see the manager. He went to the back and came back stating the manager told him they don’t replace screen covers. I asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager was on break and I it would be 20 minutes. It was 5 o’clock. I asked for the manager’s name and he pointed to his name tag & said his name. I again asked for the manager’s name and he said it fast. I asked him to spell it and he said he was dealing w a customer. He begrudgingly said it was Josana. The fact the manager wouldn’t give me the courtesy of coming out to see me for a minute, is unacceptable. I’ve been to other T-Mobile stores in the past and they were happy to replace my screen protector. Guess they don’t care about losing a...
Read moreLet me just start by saying I typically never do reviews, mainly because I'm lazy and/ or forget. But after my experience with Ginna ( hopefully I spelled that right ) I absolutely had to leave a review. I had broken the screen on my previous phone and came in looking to buy a new phone, and originally was looking to purchase an iPhone. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ginna, with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I gave her a little bit of back story and told her what I was looking for. After chatting a bit, we came to an agreement that an iPhone was probably not the best choice for me. And before I continue, let me just say I totally appreciate a sales person who truly cares and not try to push something more expensive on you because it'll benefit them. . I previously had a Galaxy A12 and Ginna showed me all the upgraded versions and we were able to find a phone within my budget and I absolutely love my phone. I also want to commend Ginna on her patience with me. Anyone that knows me knows when I get frustrated, I am not the easiest person to deal with and Ginna handled it all with such grace and kindness, she did not match my energy, she took her time and literally went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was able to set up my phone. Ginna I hope you see this, thank you so much and I hope T-Mobile knows how lucky they are to have someone like you representing their...
