Actually the worst boba place I have ever been to. The staff is unprofessional, they took 45 minutes to make 2 milk teas, they said they heard our order as regular instead of large, but when I checked the receipt they had charged us for large. I chose not to get a refund or have them make another one for me because I would be afraid they might get scared and have an aneurism. They couldn’t even make small changes, such as not adding in ice for a less watered down taste. Which by the way, it only taste like sugar water. The staff couldn’t be less helpful, when we addressed our concerns, they were confused and told us “uh I don’t think so”. If I could give this place a negative 600,000 rating I wouldn’t.... I’d give them a negative 1,000,000 rating. Never will I ever come here again and waste my money on a place that should be checked in on by the health inspector because we came in to a store and it had a very sticky floor. I wish I could take back my time and money from this place. The only positive experience I have with coming here is that they have a door to leave out of so that I wasn’t trapped inside. Also we couldn’t even get to the menu which was hidden in a small pathway that is blocked by people. Also they have no menu visible for anyone to look at while waiting for at least 20 minutes. Overall, I hate this place. -1,000,000/10 Delete them from selling stuff....

I was lucky enough that my first ever visit was during a Spy x Family anime themed event. It was super hot out and they were giving out free water (and selling cute themed fans) to guests in line, which was super thoughtful.

The store is small so guests were let in in groups to order from their exclusive themed menu. The drinks were all so damn cute and pretty. They tasted AMAZING! There was a lot variety between the drinks and we wanted to order them all!

There were vendors also selling some merch and their prints. The artists that were there today are so talented.

The staff ran the event so smoothly. The line was entertained with trivia and the gentleman at the register was so polite and accommodating. I’ll definitely come back for regular business, but most definitely for another event!

(One recommendation for the store is to put prices on the menu so your guests can map out what they spend themselves instead of having the lovely gentleman at the register recite all the prices. I felt real bad asking and like I was holding up the...

My boyfriend and I went for the Katani Orlando Hunter x Hunter event on Saturday and we waited in line about 2hrs. We expected the wait so it wasn’t a problem. We ended up ordering the Gon drink (blended honeydew with boba), the Killua drink (blue raspberry lychee float with lychee poppers), and spicy dandan udon noodles. They were so good!!!! It was our first time trying udon noodles and we loved them. The vendors were also very lovely. I honestly think the indoor ones were a little crowded but they made do with what they had I guess. My only complaint is when I went to pay, the cashier told me my total but when I went to put my card it was about $5 more than she said. I questioned it and she told me it was too. This ticked me off (with the machine, not the cashier of course) because it’s the customer’s choice to tip and it should not be the norm to have the tip automatically added. Otherwise I had an amazing time at the event and both the food and boba...

Today was my first time ever trying Ice & Bites Cafe. I am really surprised I have never gone there before as I am a UCF alum! (GO KNIGHTS!) . My friend and I ordered two Taiyakis and two boba teas. This place was pretty busy on a sunday night. We were told that the machine for the Taiyaki would take approximately 20 min per person to create our desserts. I think it took closer to 30 minutes for both of them to get done and it was totally worth the wait. The cafe is super cute and a great place to hang out (if Covid wasn't a thing). I could see groups of people going there to hang out or people who want to do work on their laptops. As for the desserts, the Taiyakis were very tasty. I got a lavender flavored one and my friend got one with taro (the one pictured). They melt pretty fast but they come in a cup so that helped a lot! The boba tea was pretty standard but still delicious. I would definitely recommend checking out this place!
