I recently had the pleasure of dining at Toasted in Orlando, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. As a passionate vegan, finding restaurants that cater to my dietary preferences while still delivering exceptional taste can be a challenge. However, Toasted exceeded all my expectations.
Their Impossible burgers with vegan cheese are an absolute game-changer! The flavors were incredibly rich and satisfying, making it hard to believe they were plant-based. The attention to detail in crafting these burgers is evident in every bite. The texture was spot-on, and the vegan cheese melted perfectly, adding an extra layer of decadence.
The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The creativity and thoughtfulness that went into designing their vegan options truly set Toasted apart. I appreciate a restaurant that not only offers vegan choices but takes pride in making them exceptional.
If you're in Orlando and looking for a place that serves mouthwatering Impossible burgers with vegan cheese, look no further than Toasted. It's a haven for vegans and anyone looking to explore delicious plant-based options. I'll definitely be returning to savor more of their...
Read moreI was recommended this place by other vegans, and I was not disappointed!
I ordered the Vegan Fireball, which has vegan cheddar cheese, tomato, jalapeño, & Sriracha on the most perfectly toasted bread. The cheese was ooey & gooey. The tomato & jalapeño added a nice, freshness to the sandwich. Although, I would've preferred the jalapeño was diced instead of sliced, so it was distributed throughout the sandwich more evenly. The Sriracha was the icing on the cake. Between the jalapeño & Sriracha, my nose was running and my eyes were watering. It was a heavenly, spicy dream.
My sister ordered the Pesto Chicken, which has dairy mozzarella, pulled chicken, pesto, tomato chutney, & arugula. She loved her sandwich, and was even eyeballing mine.
We also shared a basket of french fries, which reminds me of Steak N Shake fries. They're skinny-cut, crispy fries. Nothing special, but good, traditional fries!
The service was great. The cashier/waitress was friendly. The food came out hot and quick. The atmosphere is laid back and casual.
This place is perfect for those looking for a quick, cheap meal. We left happy & full of delicious food. Toasted is a new favorite of ours. We will...
Read moreI have never had a bad meal at Toasted. They offer a slightly different take on a burgers and fries recipe. The bread is really soft and tastes wonderful.
They have several other menu selections other than burgers, but I have never tried any of those. They are probably as good as the burgers.
I first tried an impossible burger here. It is a plant based meatless pattie. Look it up for further details. I was pleasantly surprised with this. It is not a bad taste at all. It isn't meat, but it is really close in taste. It probably defeated the purpose of what the manufacture intended, but with bacon, ketchup, and a fried egg on top you can't tell the difference.
Awhile back Toasted had Coke Freestyle machines. They no longer have these and now have a regular soda fountain. They still have Coke, Sprite and a few other choices, but there are also beverages from a supplier called Blue Sky. Not quite a Coke, but also not bad.
Be sure to check this place out if you are...
