Horrible customer service and training! Worse experience being colored hispanic in my life, from a small business bar especially. Ofc i come to reviews not seeing 1 color review if so my apologies im just calling it as i see it. The Owner was off the clock but at work drinking and karaoke and also behind the bar. All caught on store footage and camera. That is against the law. Asked me for a picture of myself with the hairstyle on my id or a credit card not another form of id. Credit card is not another form because it to can be fake. My id was very much real. But because my id looked girly the young bartenders excuse was its because of your hair not your eyes nose or smile and gender clearly saying female. Definitely will be in the office tomorrow about this event. Proper solution would have been detaining the id and waiting for the cops to arrive if they believe its fake or not me. My id (actually license) was not taken and they refused to call police. Even after asking those questions and more he (Matt the untrained bartender) never said i refuse to serve you but instead he ignored me and talked to his off duty drunk boss. If police were called they would have been fined 5,000$. For not taking the id and also could have lost their liquor license for 30 days until an apperance in court. Also owner never said his name but thought he could talk to me. Very unprofessional to be a business. Not much service around anyways. This company will hear...
Read moreKnights Out Pub & Eatery is the kind of local spot that’s easy to miss if you don’t know where to look — tucked away between parking lots with no big signs out front — but once you find it, it’s absolutely worth it. The atmosphere has that genuine local pub feel that’s welcoming without trying too hard. It’s the type of place where you can relax, enjoy a good beer, and not feel rushed out the door.
The food is classic bar fare, done right. Everything we ordered came out hot and tasty, exactly what you want from a pub menu. The beer selection was solid, and every pint was served cold and fresh. The service really stood out — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in keeping things running well even when the place is busy.
Pricing was fair for both the food and drinks, which is refreshing compared to many modern pubs that lean on inflated “craft” prices. Parking was easy, another plus for such a tucked-away location. Overall, this is a great neighborhood pub — no pretense, just good people, good drinks, and good food. I’ll definitely be back once they reopen. It’s the kind of spot locals love and travelers should make a...
Read moreWe saw Google had a rating of 4.9. This is why we came here. Im always curious when i see a waiter or waitress take an order without writing it down. It went worse than expected. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce. Thats it, 2 ingredients. Didn't come with lettuce. I ordered a cheeseburger with avocado and bacon, no onion. I got onion and no avocado or bacon. I even went back to the bar and asked for avocado again. Still didn’t get it. We ordered an app and didn’t get it. Then our server was did not seem like he wanted to be there. Probably the most monotone person I’ve met. Brought the food over and dd not look at us once. I would not recommend this place. High rating was far...
