Color Me Mine — Local services in Alameda

4.5 stars!! Everyone who helped my niece (4) and I when we came in was amazing! They were kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us while my niece was just being a kid who loves to paint. Everette was especially helpful and fun to interact with. They mentioned it was a newer job but I couldn’t tell, super fun to talk to and have great advice on what paint/techniques would work on our pieces. I fully recommend going to this location for a fun time with great service!

The only downside to our visit was the bathroom being out of service, having to rush a toddler to find the nearest restroom when they say they have to go immediately is not ideal- especially when leaving our pieces behind to do. It was anxiety inducing! I know it’s not the responsibility of the workers to fix the toilet, the owner should prioritize this if they’re going to be open to the public and host...

This was our very first time at Color Me Mine in Alameda, and it was such a wonderful surprise from my husband. We had the best time painting a beautiful “his and hers” piece together. What made it extra special was being able to bring in our own little treats—some wine, cheese, and goodies—which made the whole experience feel even more personal.

Casey was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her warm personality and care truly made our day extra special.

This is such a fun place to hang out in, and our daughter loves Kids' Night Out! What a deal, because for only $35 the kids can paint ceramics (for no extra fee!), watch a movie, and then play bingo until parents show back up. This is from 6pm to 9pm one Saturday a month. Our daughter has brought home so many cool ceramics she has painted at Kids' Night Out. I've gotten sick a couple of times when we've already paid, and as long as I call ahead, they will give me a voucher for the next one instead.
