Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Alameda

Questionable business practices. We went in to buy Samsung phone that is on sale and was told we can't have it at the special sale price because the phone we already have has not been an active number for 3 months yet. We went to a Metro store and got it through the company itself. My best guess is they would sell it to us at regular price than after we left would re-do the sale and pocket the extra money we paid. I will be letting Metro Corporate know...I don't think this place should be authorized dealers if they are going to do...

Worst customer service in Alameda. Both Sonya and Kris have no idea how to provide respectful and or courteous guest services. They never stand behind (inferior) Metro PCS products like earbuds, that stop working 3 days after you spend $20 or $30 ...
