If I could give zero stars I would. The new owner is completely unprofessional and refuses letting me bring a puppy there. Even though he’s been there previously with zero issues. Claimed my dogs acted aggressive when she's never met them, never met me, couldn't explain said situation when I've only brought in my puppies/no adult dogs that are aggressive. Couldn't give me a reason or tell me what happened. She hates Malinois and any breeds that "may" do bitework. Super sad to see such a great facility immediately go down hill because of a new owner. Didn't disclose she was the new owner until she took my card info and WROTE it down and wouldn't tell me if she shredded the card info or not. Be cautious because apparently any dog who does sports is deemed aggressive. The most horrible phone experience I've ever had....

Super convenient location, great staff, awesome scheduling! They have shower/bathing facilities and dryers. They also have towels and soap in case you forget those as well as collars, leashes, toys, and snacks for purchase. They even carry people apparel so you can match your best friend in style.

They can accommodate any swimming skill level and are very super friendly! My little ginger baby was terrified of swimming for his first two years. But one day at K9 and he now has swim buddies. He looks forward to it every week and he definitely tells time by which day is 'puppy pool day'. It is a huge part of who he is and it is a nice little mini-date to spend with the SO. It's great exercise and keeps him clean and fresh.

I’m so glad I found this place. We normally go to monster wash to use the dog wash there, and the last couple of times we’ve tried washing our dog there would be a line of people waiting. It’s surprising how limited our options are for dog washes in Anchorage. But Google led us to this place and I’m SO glad. It’s by appointment only, so we’re guaranteed to have a bath available for our doggo. It’s $30 and includes shampoo, a towel, and 30 minutes of washing. We were also able to use the blow drier which was really nice!! The bathes were clean when we got there, and we made sure to clean up after we were done. The lady who helped us is the owner and she was extremely pleasant. This will be our go to moving forward. I...
