What do you do when you drive 40 to one if your favorite stores and you experience disrespect and humiliation from management and a rude online customer service rep. I felt burdened to called CS after asking management to contact a higher authority, she refused. I saw her peep her head in the lobby. Because I was on my phone and writing, management assumed at that time I was on with CS. She was right. CS rep. Spent more time talking than listening. I ended the call. I returned inside the store and the manager then told me she called her manager about the issue. I asked her why dis she not call her mgr before I called customer service, because now we have another issue. Last year I had an experience at this store that could have ignited a lawsuit, but the kindness and assistance from management had a great impact on my decision to cease. Many customers complain, but very few customers wants the burden of calling cooperations. It’s time consuming.
