This Starbucks sucks. I went to Starbucks with my family today and ordered 4 drinks. The total came to $24.95. I used a gift card with a $25 balance that I had just recently purchased. We give the cashier the card she comes back to the drive through window and said only $4 came off of the gift card . We proceed to give her $20 in cash and asked for a receipt. As Iām calling to check the balance on the card she comes back to the window and says āoh you know what the money actually did come offā and gives us cash back. We still ask for the receipt, she gives us a receipt from another customerās order. We asked for our gift card back and she gave it back after we asked 2 times could we have it back. She still at this point had not given us the correct receipt. I asked for the manager she tells us his name is Philip and then she sends someone else to the window to pretend that āSHEā was Philip the manager. I tell the other cashier that your name is NOT Philip, get the manager. The manager comes and acts confused and asks us to tell him the issue a second time after we told him what happened.
The cashier who said the money did not come off the card told us her name was Liberty. Liberty was gonna keep our $20 and our gift card. Not only was she gonna steal from us they fixed the drinks wrong!!!! None of my specifications was in my drink. Iām so disappointed. Thereās an always issue at this Starbucks. Please get...

Number two you do not need to catch an attitude with a customer that spends over $3k a year at a business much less any customer at all. Number three you do not argue with a customer about what they want. Number four you do not make a customer try and feel out of place by telling another customer "sorry your order is taking too long there was an obnoxious order of 14 shots ahead of yours" especially when it would have been fine EXCEPT the "barista" made it wrong on purpose because she didn't agree with the order the customer placed. Number five you do not slam syrup bottles down because you have a pissy attitude you have to correct a problem you caused yourself, knocking over signage and cups down into the lobby. Number six "Jennifer" if that is your real name nobody knows since you didn't have a name tag or a hat or an apron. I hope you see this review and remember the day that a former barista who's been making and ordering the same drink for years saved your job on May 17th 2018 by not arguing publicly or causing a scene like you did and not going directly to the top. I'm not sure who y'all had taking orders over the mic in the drive-through line between 1:47pm - 2:30pm on July 2, 2023, but she tried to do this very weird nice nasty passive aggressive tone when she was telling me to hold on. All she had to do was say, "Just give me one second." Instead, she took the time out of her day to try to gain back whatever bit of self-esteem that she had lost earlier in the day. It was truly disturbing, and honestly, it made me cringe really bad. I was feeling second-hand embarament because that was truly embarrassing for her. If it wasn't for me picking up a mobile order, I would've left. A simple "hello/hi" should not push you over the edge like that. Have some composure......
