The Cosmetics Company Store — Local services in Albertville

If you're and Estee Lauder employee, DO NOT go to this location. They wouldn't let me use my gratis which can be used and ANY Cosmetic Company Store. They made the excuse that you can only use gratis in corporate stores (in New york) which is false. I messaged the CCS customer service and they confirmed that employees can use their gratis at any store as long as we provide our employee ID. It makes no sense why this is withheld from Estee Lauder Employees who work in Minnesota. Extremely frustrating.... won't be going to this...

They barely even deserve a one star for how rude they were to me. I bought my girlfriend three highlighters there as a gift, but it was too dark of shades for her so we wanted to go back and exchange them for brighter shades. But what they didn’t tell me when selling the items that they were final sale. It would have been great to know that they were final sale when I spent $80 and they weren’t even her shades. I used to love this place and i get possible understaffing but any time i’ve tried to go inside over the past few months they’ve been closed and on break for over an hour. i don’t live nearby and i stop only for this store so it’s not practical to wait an entire hour in the parking lot while i wait for them to reopen. probably won’t go out of my way to come here anymore it’s better to just buy full price items than waste your time...
