Everytime I have gone to this Vivi location I have had a bad experience. The drinks are very hit or miss, they are constantly out of most ingredients so its rare to get what you actually wanted. on top of that the customer service was horrible. Im glad Ava is leaving for college soon because she was incredibly rude (she was talking to a coworker who came in on her day off and proceeded to let her use ingredients they said they were out of) Ava barely acknowledged us to take our orders because she was too busy yapping about her personal life with a friend. Do that in your freetime. Luckily that problem is taking care of itself and she is leaving! Hopefully everyone else knows how to talk to a customer and do their job properly. Read morethe quality of the boba and drinks are just not good. i want to like this place and i have tried multiple times, but the boba will either be undercooked and crunchy, or overcooked and way too gummy. one of the drinks i tried had a rotten eggs taste and smell.
but i loveee that the menu has dairy free options!
for the service...i walk in and im not greeted. the teen employees seem more worried about the conversation they're having. i place my order and the cashier says nothing when i was prepared to hear, "anything else i can get you?". i just paid, and got a "thanks".
the atmosphere here however, is great. i love the aesthetics, but it kind of just feels like a high schooler club and i'm invading.
there are plenty of other shops that have way better quality, but it sucks that many of them aren't close to home...
