The manager on duty, or closing manager. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HIS JOB. It took him 5 minutes to put in our order for two meals, AND he still made mistakes. He did not give us are drinks before making up pull up and wait another 10 minutes. He could not understand that we wanted two meals. He kept adding extra sandwiches on and then saying "uhhh" and going silent and not changing it until we said something for a second or third time. We thought he was training. We get up to the window and it's the manager. That is sad and pathetic. We both worked at this location and did better than this with more people in line and bigger orders. Two cars in the drive through with three meals total should not be that hard. The security guard behind us had to wait just as long as we did and his order was not completedcorrectly either. I am very disappointed. Everyone else working was perfect. I had no issues with anyone else but the MANAGER that could not do his job. He was hard to understand and couldn't figure out how to use the POS system without us walking him through EXACTLY what we wanted, and he still put things in wrong. I am completely baffled and disappointed. The rest of the staff was calm and did they're jobs and were fantastic. But the MANAGER had no idea how to do his simple job. This is my formal complaint about him and he needs to get trained in or he shouldn't be there without another manager present. That was pathetic in every way shape and form. I have seen worse people at Burger King, but he takes the freaking cake for horrible customer service and inability to do ones job. All the other employees that were are amazing and a few of them should have already have been promoted into managers. Stop hiring people who can't do they're jobs. It's getting really freaking ridiculous. This has happened on multipule occasions between 8 pm to 10 pm. The wait time has gone from 5 originally up to 20. The wait times haven't gotten any better just because we pull up and sit there. We are only giving them one star because of the other employees. If it wasn't for these managers not doing they're jobs, this place would have 4 stars easily. The other employees are fantastic. This used to be a 4 star place and now it's barely a 3 star place, and it should be lower. It's really sad. When Tanya and her staff were there the place was easily 5 stars, and every since they left it has gone down hill. Read moreProbably the worst place I've been to for customer service in a year. Maybe even two sat in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes. After ordering they finally took my money and because there were five cars ahead of me that were all lined up and they couldn't get to the my car to the window because of they were so busy. Supposedly there was nobody in the restaurant. There were five cars in the parking lot. Most of the cars were in the Drive-Thru and they chose to wait on everybody else and when I got to the window and I paid and they gave me my soda. I sat there for another about 10 minutes before those cars in front of me pulled away and lo and behold when he comes to the window. I'm thinking to hand me food after all this time instead. He says please pull up to the end and he starts to close the window and I said you know what wait on it. Wait a minute and he turned around and he said what I said. Well I said that's not much for customer service but how much longer will it take to make my food? He shrugged his shoulders and slammed the windows. So I paid $16 for a Diet Coke because he never came back. Nobody came out. When I walked in to talk to a manager they told me nobody was available to talk to me. I asked if my food was ready. They said what food and I told them that I ordered in the Drive-Thru told him what I ordered. Everything else told him that I had my Diet Coke. Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF!!!! I went into set my bag down and use the restroom before ordering but as I was going to set my bag down some rude lady working there yelled at me to move because they were cleaning and that if I wanted to eat inside I should’ve come earlier. Mind you there was another man sitting there eating and there was no sign blocking it off or anything. Now if she had told they were cleaning over there and I could move to a different seat I would’ve gladly gotten up and moved to a different seat. However when I went to move I could still hear her talking and muttering about how some people are dumb, which I find very rude seeing as I’m only a 16 and I’m very respectful to adults and this lady seemed well over 18 and shouldn’t be acting like that. So in the end I quickly went to use the restroom than grabbed my bag and left while the lady continued to glare at me.
