When I found out there was a Lululemon outlet here in MN I couldn’t wait to go out and check it out! This store by far has the best customer service I have ever received at a Lululemon. I do a lot of shopping at Lulu but honestly, most of the time the employees are snobby and hardly helpful. Not the case here! The employees were so cheerful and friendly! There was one woman in particular walking around making sure everyone knew what the sales were and asking if they had any questions. Wish I had caught her name because she was exceptional. I only gave 4 stars because the selection is just not that good. Also, I went home that night and hopped on the website and realized that everything that was in the outlet was online in the “We Made Too Much” section. I went the day before the 4th of July so they had a sale going on, I was able to snag my husband 2 of the 5 year tees for $19 each (steal!!) but if it hadn’t been for the sale they had going on for the fourth it would have been the same price as online. Considering that lulu has free shipping I will save myself the trip in the future and just order online. If you are in the area, definitely worth checking out to see if you can catch a sale but not worth going out of...
Read moreI called store and was told I could store exchange a backpack I bought and used once but the straps were so slippery it would not stay on my shoulders. I had my receipt for the purchase but not the tag for the back pack. The gal said that would be fine since it’s a default. I went to store last Thursday and found out I could not get store credit but needed a store exchange at the same time. I could not find anything but was told I should just come back since they receive new merchandise daily. Super sweet worker. Well last night I went back and was told absolutely not-would not give even exchange since the tag was not on the backpack. Wish I was told this on my initial call since this all involved a lot of drive time. The store manager needs to work on customer service and have a better personality. If I was told this could be done then it should have been granted. She could have said let me check with her associates and if that was the case-yes they would do this as a one time fault on her associate and not blame me. Read moreI have been here a couple of times, and the last experience I had was terrible. My husband and I went there on a Sunday, and we were greeted by someone at the door as we walked in, and she asked if we needed help. The other employees that were working on the floor didn’t talk to ANY of the customers while we were there. I overheard one of them talking about how they are looking for a different job. They only talked to themselves and avoided the customers like they were the plague. We were there for about an hour, and I just watched as they would pretend to work and then go back to chatting with one another. The lady who helped my husband in the dressing room was helpful, but overall terrible customer service!! I tried calling the next day to talk to the manager to talk to her about what happened, and someone took my number. She did that she would hand it to the manager since she was on break…I didn’t hear back. If you know what you are looking for when you go in, they have some great deals.
