I thought I would share this with anybody that’s going through the same as me and hope it helps. A month ago I had a lady do my paperwork to file for bankruptcy, since getting an attorney for this seem too expensive for me at the time. long story short my paperwork was done wrong that my bank account ended up at $0 balance. This was my first time doing this which obviously I had no idea what I got myself into but I did it for the mistake of co-signing on someone. Then I was really in the need of an attorney and luckily I found Mr.Erenio Gutierrez I called him right away and got a call back fast. He was very efficient and also I thought very affordable for the situation I was in. I took all my paperwork the very next day and within the same week I got all my money back into my account, he amended everything for me sent it to the trustee right away and everything was fixed! I’m very thankful for him because like I said I had no clue of what I got myself into. I’m no longer stressing. Bottom of this do not go with someone who isn’t a lawyer!!! I sure learned from this. Ernie was an amazing attorney for my wife and I. We needed an attorney quickly and Ernie was one of the only attorneys to actually call us back in person. He was very reasonably priced and went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely professional and courteous. He even worked on the Saturday before Easter Sunday to get our case filed because we had a deadline! He kept us up to date on everything and told us how it would work, walked us through everything we needed to know.
