Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I would give you guys 10 stars if I could. So I live in California, My Dad lives in Los Lunas NM. As you can imagine it is hard to send him something for Holidays that he will actually like. I am a HUGE fan of Nothing Bundt here in Cali so I thought what the heck, I'll send him something scrumptious. Well the website said they don't deliver to Los Lunas, so on a whim I decided to call the store to see if they could Fed Ex him some for me. I wish I would have written the nice ladies name down that answered the phone and took my order because she was AWESOME.. Anyways, I called the first week in June and she assured me they would make sure to get my Dad his Cupcakes and have them delivered. They DELIVERED.. I got a phone call 10 minutes after they DELIVERED, with my Dad asking me where to find you guys.. lol. He LOVED LOVED LOVED his cupcakes. I had a bad first experience at this bakery. I had placed 2 orders to two different addresses on the same day. The driver swapped the orders and delivered them to the wrong address. One of the orders was also missing balloons. I called them and explained the situation. Rather than have them send out two more orders, I only requested that they give me a discount on my next experience. I spoke to the owner, and she refused a discount and basically blamed it all on the Uber driver.

Now, I understand that they work with third party contractors, but that is not my fault as a customer. As a customer, I expect a great experience throughout the whole process. At the end, I declined a refund on the balloons and opted to ask my credit card for a charge back. I did not have the patience to explain to this business owner over the phone what it means to have good customer service. I will not be purchasing from this...

Not a good experience will never step foot in this business again. I won 4 gift cards from a contest to receive 4 free bundtlets. I was planning on buying a few extra and making 3 packs with gift wrap to gift children’s teachers for the holidays. I was told I was only allowed to use 1per day. That was not specified on the card. I was then told in a condescending tone, “looks like you need to rethink your gift ideas.” They were still receiving my business as I was purchasing additional cakes and gift wrapping.
