Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Aldine

I shop at Ross stores very often. Actually it is the main store I shop at because of their variety and they are inexpensive. I bought a blue cz weaved ring from this store and it cost $29. It was very pretty but do to a defect it cut up my finger, so I decided to return it. When I was at the checkout the cashier Oscar Garcia called security because he said the description was for a hair product. I am assuming he meant fake hair which I have never seen in any ross ever nor have I ever seen a cubic zirconia hair piece before which is what cz means, the security was extreamly rude and treated me like I was a criminal. I didnt do anything but return their damage product that cut up my finger. I am seriously thinking about getting a lawyer after the way I was treated. For one I did not steal or try to alter anything as I was accused of which is agaist the law for a store to accuse someone of stealing without actual proof. I told the security that the time and date was stamped on the reciept to go look it up on the camera. I purchased the product I returned at the price I returned it for. Also maybe the security needs to be properly trained in the merchandise that is sold at this store so innocent people dont get falsely accused. I will be speaking with a manager first thing. I will add to this review what the outcome of all this was once I speak with management and possibly a lawyer. This way other consumers will be aware of what kind of retail store this is. They did give me merchandise credit after I got upset over the entire embarrassing situation. But basically they wanted to pawn off their defective product on me and keep my money. I almost forgot, after all this, the cashier failed to put two of the products we were getting into the bag with our other items and we had to ask him 3 times for him to give them to us after we paid for them. Deflimation of charater is agaist the law and someone working in security should already know this. It shows me that Ross hires people who are not adequate...

Last nite at the Ross on West Rd and 1-45 stop to buy a charger and portable charger battery pack I had just used my credit card at another place bout 5 min. ago well the cashier didn't know what she was doin so after my card was ran 2 times I asked her can she call a manager or something didn't won't my card to lock up it was almost closing 4 them which im in line at 9:30 anyway manager said try once more they locked up my card then she had tha nerve to say 2 me its my card not there register its been workin all day I tripped out I said lady I just used this card so its fine she started talkin crazy was very very rude to me just cause they were tryin 2 get hm u got 2 close 1st im n line bout 10 min cause tha reg cashier had a customer n front of me I just had 2 walk away when tha chic kept talkin shhhh cause she picked tha rite but wrong person go on tat day I know I wasn't havin it so when my mind said just...

Honestly, the line is long and therefore not even social distancing is reinforced.Clothes here are somewhat ok. I WARN EVERYONE WHO COMES HERE please go to the restroom before you come because I personally came here and let me tell you all that I wanted to go to the restroom BUT I had to ask a employee to open the door for me I waited 15 min and still she didn’t came I asked another worker and she said she could because she was ABOUT TO Be on break best advice it took me half an hour for them to open the door for me. The reason why u couldn’t is because the door requires a key or a pin to open itself. The line here is another problem too not only do they not reinforce social distancing but some of them not even wear a mask and overall although the clothes is a good price you are more likely to get COVID 19 because the rules...
