The linen couch I purchased was amazing! The $399 "White Glove Service" delivery is my issue. I was told I'd receive 24 hour notice about my delivery window...that NEVER happened! The only notification I received was an automated call that came from the driver when he was 30 minutes away. This is totally unacceptable as I had things I wanted to do to the room in preparation for my new sectional. The sramble that ensued within that 30 minute window I was given was insane. The delivery guys were very nice and professional. The only thing is they hooked up only a portion of my reclining sectional. They left without connecting the motorized headrest! I called The Dump immediately after I discoved this. No one to date has answered the phone at the location or has returned the two messages that I've left. My delivery was on Friday the 21st and here it is Sunday the 23rd and no one has reached out to me as of this review. I live about an hour away from The Dump which is why I haven't showed up in person. The lack of customer service surrounding this issue is totally unacceptable! The Dump please do better! Where are your people in charge of answering your calls and returning messages?????!!!! I have a beautiful linen couch in my possession that HALF WORKS! ā¹ļøš” UPDATE After posting this review, I immediately received a call from Ingrid from The Dump on February 23rd. She apologized for the lack of communication and credited me a total of $150 for any inconvenience that I faced. She also assured me that I would receive a call from her the following day to schedule a technician or the driver that initially delivered my sectional to come out and complete the install. It is now a full 3 weeks later (March 10th) and I have not received any calls, texts, or emails from Ingrid or anyone else from The Dump concerning the installation of my headrests. This is quite disappointing and disheartening to received this type of customer service or should I say, lack of customer service. Customer service should go further than just the sales aspect. I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful couch that only half works! I live almost an hour away from the location. But, looks like I'll have to show up in person to get anything done! Your $150 credit to my financing means absolutely NOTHING to me at this point! This is now a matter of integrity. The original sales woman was not there so we ended up having to buy from Westley. I can tell you this guy was helpful only up until we paid for the couch. After that.. this guy ghosted us. Never received any notifications when our furniture was delayed.. or even when it came in.
So when I called in September and found out the couch was there I was furious. I had to call 2-3 times just to stay updated on what was happening. Never ONCE did I receive a call from Westley about my furniture. And I can tell you this guy only wanted the sale. Not to be helpful after that.
When we went up there to receive the furniture⦠they couldnāt find it! We waited 2.5 hours at the pick up area just to find out they could not find my furniture. I was so upset and ready to return the product. The manager Trey spoke with us and apologized. He gave us free delivery for our trouble and assured me he would personally call me to let me know my order had come in. Trey ghosted us too! I had to call⦠again and schedule the delivery.
The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because they do have some staff there that cares and were kind to me and my husband. Not to mention the delivery guys worked hard and were very careful bringing in our couch. The quality is very good and we are happy with the product.
Overall I would not recommend them because of customer service with the salesman and the manager who both ghosted us for 2 months. The product delivery is something you canāt control⦠but you CAN control customer service⦠like a simple phone call that something was delayed.

When the couches were delivered there was a problem with the center console. The store was called and they said to call the repair company that is a 3rd party company. And thatās when all the problems started. The repair company are a bunch of layers and they back each other on the lies. We want our furniture repaired or replaced but after reporting the issue with the store they pushed back with I need to call the repair company and fail a complaint. I didnāt hire them, the store hired then. The store should handle the issue not the customer directly. The repairman was very unprofessional and rood with my wife. We offered cellphone pictures of all the texts and quickly the repairman stopped texting. We still have an issue and the store refuses to help. They claim we bought the furniture as is and thatās not true!! I recommend not to go to this store. I should of known better to buy furniture at a place named DUMP!! Service was good but once they have made the sale and thereās a problem they like to pass the problem to someone else like the 3rd party repair company. I have never had this issue with DUMP before but the new sales crew needs better training or better yet the sales management needs it. People that come to spend their hard earned money to have something nice in their homes should be respected and the customer should be treated with respect and taken care of thill the warranty has expired.
