No brains . I had 4 workers looking at me . I was trying to understand why they didn’t tell me to bring cash only .No attempt to resolve simple issues . They act like the can’t call to tell their customers on an over $50 dollar order they need to bring cash ? It’s not that hard everyone has a cellphone if the phone line supposedly went down . Note there is no rain just a hot day. Along with their card machine going down all magically at 8:30 is when the worker said . This is for a birthday and it’s a treat so it’s not a everyday meal . No sorry at all . Just blank heartless cold stares and words. Not once did I yell or curse but I told them I’m not trying to waste their food or time . I wasted my gas and time driving there. I called to make sure if the order was paid and they didn’t tell me before the call . Before the call they were trying to take my money electronically.I wasn’t born yesterday no effort to resolve an issue or apology . How does nobody know how to problem solve if your phone line went down you do nothing ? You don’t use your phones that are worth over $1 k ??Just workers sitting around at the cash register to close . Better off if you stay away from this place go give your $50 to someone else that wants to treat you better and apologize and give better service which is what establishments like this are supposed to do . Read moreGot to work and realized that food was missing. Called back up there the manager lied and said he told me to check my food before I left. I got the order and decided to check the number of sauces that were in the bag because the last time I was missing some. I checked the bag on my own, not once did he say check your order before leaving. I called back up there to politely let them know I wanted to come back and get the missing items. I was denied and then the manager was called on another line and he again lied about what was told to me. If this is how y’all do business it sucks. I also asked for a refund of the items that were missing and was told no again, I needed to call the bank and get the refund on my own because they weren’t going to do it. Crystal, the young lady that was at the counter last week answered the phone and relayed the messages between the two of us. The Hispanic manager is who I interacted with while I.was in the store and there was an older lady on break at the table and she heard everything. Had he gave me the refund or the food I wouldn’t have any problems but no he wanted to act an azz about something I paid for and didn’t receive. Y’all will kill your own business with staff and “rules” like this. I immediately, called to inform the location of my findings and disgust. The initial staff member Jasonae was very professional she asked for photos and videos. The requested information was sent and she stated she would inform management and issue a refund. After, calming down and being at ease by her professional manner, I said ok. I called back on Friday and again Saturday to follow-up regarding my issue. Staff member Alicia answered the phone. I explained the situation and asked for a manager to resolve the issue. She was very rude, stated she could not put the manager on the phone or give me the managers name. I then asked for the corporate number. She hung up in my face! I called back again.
