This place was empty and now I know the reason why. I went into this location and my food was terribly cooked. Clearly this location doesnât know the proper sauces for the correct recipes. After getting home and my family was making plates we notice the dishes didnât taste right so I return the king pao and string bean chicken. Both were cooked back to back and were horrible. I took them back where I was greeted my an unprofessional white woman who told me she wouldnât replace my order properly and gave me a medium serving because the container was not full. It wasnât even full to began with. This poor service left a taste worst than the food. This was a waste of my money. I could taken my family to a nicer place. But this was our first and last time buying Panda Express especially in Louisiana. The employees are clearly a result on the run down town they live in. I use to be a big fan of Panda but now they allow anyone to work there. Shameful to say you canât offer samples but you take my money and refuse to make it right if it is cooked wrong. Same your time and go somewhere else. The food and service is both trash. Believe the bad reviews because Iâve he good reviews are fake are by people who DONâT know what Panda Express is supposed to taste like.    Read moreI had the worst experience at 12:35 on 9/15/23. A little back story me and my daughter enjoyed coming here. I walked in and was not greeted. The white guy was fixing a husband and wife food trays so I felt like maybe he was busy. No Problem! Someone walked in after me he greeted them âWelcome to Panda Expressâ I turned around to look at that person.. Ok they was exiting out the door. He takes the customer in front of me meals to the register rings them up and thank them. Then goes to the sink and started washing dishes. The lady on drive thru says heâll be with you in a minute. I said yes maâam because I was about to leave he hasnât addressed me at all. I ended up leaving. Hereâs a little tip when you working in customer service if youâre racist donât. Because young man you talked to everybody in there but me. We have no previous beef because Iâm not from the area live 45 minutes away. One girl took my order, prepared the food and rung up at the register then answered her microphone right in front of me completely ignored the fact that Iâm still standing there to payâŚ. Then leaves me unattended to walk to another register making the OTHER customer a priority even though I was obviously first. I stood there a few minutes then a different girl came to register to take paymentâŚ. The total was maybe $8 and some change, I handed her a $10 and she asked if I have exact change because they didnât have any $1 bills. âNo I donât and thatâs my only method of payment â.. she just stands there staring at me and I walked out the door without a meal. No employee offered an apology of any kind. I will not be back at this location. Piss poor employees.
