The experience I had was horrible ,the store manager was very rude because I no longer wanted the merchandise on layaway . I found a better deal as well the merchandise was not in the store . I let 2 weeks pass awaiting to see when the merchandise was there never got a call . The excuse was the truck was coming in . So I decided to shop around found better deal. So I asked for my money back I was told "No" and that I may or may not get a store credit . WoW! , I am a veteran of the United States Army and to be treated the way , was dramatizing. I left out the store unhappy . Realizing as I look around the store is very unclean , Dead roaches on the floor , furniture dusty . As well the store manager told me when I asked to speak to the owner he stated "NO" . and best of luck finding his number and that he spoke with the store manager and the store manager stated " You did better than me I would not of gave her , her money back ". Read moreWe purchased a 3 piece sofa set on 7/6/2019. The guy that helped us was named Tyler and he was a pretty nice guy. The manager also seemed nice, but I cant remember his name, he made it seem as if we had come to the right place to purchase furniture. We paid cash for our furniture and even picked it up ourselves, but when we got it home, we had a pillow missing and a hole in our chair with tape covering it up like they knew it was there. So I give the manager a call and let him know about both things and he kinda insinuated that we misplaced the pillow. On top of that he promises a new chair by that next Friday and then calls and tells us later that it would be 4-6 weeks before we could get one but we could gladly keep the one with the hole in it. Bob the manager at this location talked to us on the phone or dealt with us in person no less than 10-15 times over 4 months and every time Bob had a new lie to tell without hesitation. The longer it went the more absurd Bob’s lies became. Our chair was delayed because of the oversea tariffs on fabric!! Bob told us the service man came to our house to fix our brand new chair, but we assured Bob no one had come. Bob then said someone did come but no one was home.
