Buckle — Local services in Alexandria

My wife and daughter love this place, they have some great clothes and the prices are reasonable. We had this great store worker Jaycee who was very knowledgeable of her inventory and helped us out while shopping there, picking out the right sizes and helping us match clothes with other items we picked out. I was even able to find some great looking shirts and my wife and daughter fell in love with the "hey dude" shoes. I started shopping at The Buckle back in 2006, at a store in Beaumont, TX. The Guys and Gals in the store could sell a ketchup popsicle to a lady in white gloves. Excellent customer service. That was the benchmark for me. This store is a disappointment. 50/50 chance that someone greets you when you walk in. Another 50/50 chance that someone will assist you in finding your size or preferred style. They definitely need improvement. I'd hate for the store to shut down....
