I have been a consistent Coach customer for more than 20 years. I appreciate their prices as well as the quality of their products in comparison to some others that are similar but cost significantly more. This particular visit though left me a bit put off...I purchased a bag online at the outlet site. When I received it, the bag (Dempsey Carryall) was much smaller than I anticipated so I took it to the outlet store to return it. There, I learned that I couldn't get a refund to my card, only a store credit, because it was a PayPal purchase and that they would have to return it and allow PayPal to process the refund to my original form of payment 🤔. I then found the larger version of the bag (Dempsey Tote) I had just returned and decided I'd just get it while I'm in the store only to find out that the outlet store does not honor the online outlet price and that in the outlet store it costs $30 more...I suppose my lack of knowledge of their policies led to this disappointing encounter with a merchant that I have patronized for several years. Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had a Coach Outlet. I've been a loyal customer of Coach since 1999, and I had the worst customer experience ever. Started with trying to exchange a watch I purchased for my son as a birthday gift. Watch broke several times. Went to the Coach Outlet in Allen TX to exchange and was told they didn't exchange watches or fragrances. After reading their policy on the counter, there was nothing in writing saying watches could not be exchanged. To keep this short, where I the biggest issue was with the Store Manager " Megan" who refused to give me her name. After asking her over 10 times for her name, I had to verify with the other store representatives to confirm if this was her real name. She was the most unprofessional person I've ever been in contract with at a store. I explained that if I was making a purchase, she would have given me her name without asking for it. This will be my last visit to the Coach Outlet in Allen. Customers, please beware of Megan... do not allow her to assist you. Run and find someone else...
Read moreHonestly the WORST shopping experience I've had at a coach store. The staff doesn't seem to want to assist you. I had to find someone for help. After asking one question they immediately walk away as if I may not have had any that follow. I assume they didn't want to help because I look young, which is just wrong. I bought 3 bags and jewelry. I spent over $400 and ask for a gift bag. I am told a gift bag is $2 bucks, which isn't much but should be free. After leaving and shopping at the other stores around where I had such amazing customer service. I was so frustrated I went to return everything. Upon returning I am not greated when entering the nearly EMPTY store with 8 plus staff member there. During my return the cashier( Moneshia) didn't ask why I returned the items. I would've been very happy to tell. Even worst when the manager comes to approve the return and neither did she ask to save the sale. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND!! I will take my business online or to Grand...
