I know finding good help is hard these days but good grief. The nature of "outlet" has charged but that is a whole separate issue. Staff on the floor 5 out of 5 and splendid. While busy as there were only a couple during my experience, they were both helpful and gracious. Checking out...not so much. Spent over $2000 at the store but rude, hateful, and angry checkout person refused the request to place items in three bags citing adiitional bags against the store policy without stating how one determines how many items go into a bag. The manager was summoned by the person checking me out (for one bag as this is an issue that warrants management attention) who immediately affirmed the store policy on bags once again not explaining how a consumer could determine bag per item/transaction. I could just have easily had a separate transaction for each item resulting in 30 plus bags but didn't want to waste my time. Manager accommodated the extra bag (3 total bags) but then asked me (after having to wait) to move down so another customer can be checked out. I refused. If this is indeed the store policy, it defies logic and good business acumen. Bags cost a few cents. When customers spend thoudsands, nickel and diming is simply a poor business practice and frankly, stupid. Lastly to management, please put your grumpy, rude, mean employees somewhere other than...
Read moreWorst Experience with the store manager. She is not even letting me complete my sentence and start saying we can’t accept the return. I had a sweat shirt I bought couple days ago ago and took it back to return after couple days, she said it has a small stain on it and can’t take it but I asked her to reverify then she went inside and came out with a picture that is blurred out and shows me that when I buying the shirt there is no stain on it. In the first place the picture is blurred out, when I asked manager for a full video, she replied sorry we can’t take you inside and show you video. During all this time she is smiling in a sarcastic way that increases my frustration. I have been in USA for 10 years and never experienced a manager that doesn’t know how to treat customers when they are upset, and yet I haven’t completed my discussion, she keep on saying have a good day - indirectly asking me to leave. Why do I have to pay $160 for a shirt and get this is customer experience. I left my sweat shirt for free of cost at the store and considered it as a donation to them. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store, if you need to buy the same brand, please visit other stores...
Read moreHorrible Customer service. That’s how I would describe it, At least that that was my experience with the staff they had on Friday the 7th 2023 during the after noon shift. For starters, no one was paying attention to the customers, everyone was huddled up in a group chatting or straight up with their noses buried in their phones. One of them completely ignored me when asked a question, the guy in front of him had to “step up” and “help me”. They had a very condescending attitude, as if they were bothered by a simple question: are this shoes final sizes? Or do you have more sizes en the back? I repeat again, they answered back very condescending and trying to dismiss me very fast. The store is very dirty, not messy, but kind of feels the haven’t dusted the shelves in weeks. I even found hairs and crumbs inside one of the shoes they had on display…. I don’t know, I really was expecting a much better customer experience, specially coming from such a prestigious brand, I mean, it is Ralph Lauren, but I guess their bar is way lower than what we had in mind. Such a disappointment, but...
