If I could give a ZERO I really would! Buyer beware, at your own risk. Customer service is extremely lacking and poor. Bought a purse and matching wallet less than 3 weeks ago. Did not unbox or use until today. Wallet upon unpackaging had several manufacture defects. Returned to store for an exchange and the supposed “assistant manager”, his name is MARC, refused to exchange it for a new one and made several inappropriate comments and remarks, very insulting and embarrassing. I have never experienced such insult prior to today. Who hired this guy? Even though I was speaking directly with customer service over the phone said Marc had the capacity and the green light to go ahead and make the exchange. The agent apologized several times to me and went ahead and said he would escalate this case with higher ups and filed a formal complaint against this store including the assistant manager. Marc Jacobs, please hire better personnel. People who lack respect, have poor manners and awful customer service should really not be working in retail. The entire experience was beyond unpleasant and sour. I will never repurchase from there again. My money is good everywhere and I have always, always had such exceptionally good customer service at Tory Burch as well as Coach. Marc Jacobs am very disappointed. I went into the Marc Jacobs store at the Allen Premium Outlets looking for a black tote bag; however, they didn’t have what I was looking for. I ended up finding a strap that goes perfectly with my pink tote bag, as well as a wallet—both were 70% off! They also had some really stylish shoes that were surprisingly comfortable, so I’m seriously considering going back for those.

I have to say, I was a bit apprehensive about stopping by because of some of the reviews I had read beforehand.
