We have now given this location 4 chances. The first time soon after the grand opening we sat at a table for 20 minutes and not one person came to take a drink order ( it was not busy ) so we left and enjoyed the frisco location. the second time was great thanks to Danika and the manager Chris, the third time was awful with old butter that was grainy and fishy served with ice cold bread, to the rare filet being cooked WELLDONE and the “owner” Ryan was condescending and took the burnt cut of meat back to the kitchen and one can only assume it was reused, then it took longer to cook the rare steak then the well done took to come out, the server had his criticisms on people who order rare steaks and that’s just rude and inappropriate. The last time on 2-13-25 we waited 15 minutes to even have a drink order then I ordered the Victoria filet my husband the 11oz sirloin and we were both served a sirloin cut which wasn’t even cooked correctly. To think people are too stupid to know the difference between cuts is insulting and a complete ripoff. Customers should not have to ask for a drink refill the server should see an empty cup on the edge of a table and take the effort to ask. The mashed potatoes were cold, then had to wait for the steak sauce instead of it coming with the meal so steaks got cold. Also each time I ordered EXTRA dressing for my salad and each time I was ignored . It’s just a terrible location overall and this “owner”is going to run it into the ground. The servers all seem to have a sour attitude ,the floors were so greasy it’s dangerous to walk in a normal pace near the restrooms , when using the women’s bathroom your bartender with short reddish fake hair was staring right into the stall making eye contact with me in a very private moment of pulling up my pants!!.Then she gave me the dirtiest of looks with a side of huffing like I put her out. It feels less upscale then going to McDonald! This “owner” needs a lesson on fine dining and his arrogance is very off putting. Beyond a disgrace to what once was one of the best restaurant brands. Read moreI never post reviews but I have strong opinions about my experience here so I will this time. This may have been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I think our server's name was Sam (I might be misremembering because of how little I saw him and how quiet he was). The only time he intentionally came to our table was to get our drink order and to take our food order. After that...nothing. About 20 minutes after, when we were needing refills, we had to flag him down to get his attention. Certain other tables didn't seem to have this issue, as he seemed to be attentive to them and was chatting them up while we waited, but whenever we thought he would make his rounds to our table he'd just go to the kitchen or stand somewhere. I work in a restaurant so I understand that It can be difficult to keep track of things when it's busy, but by this time people were already starting to trickle out. And once we got our food (other servers brought it to us) we were not checked on a single time as we ate, even though we all had empty glasses for the last 30 minutes or so that we were there. We kept trying to get his attention, but he was either actively ignoring us or just paying zero attention. After about an hour of being there we had to go, and we were hoping he would see our clearly finished plates/glasses and would come check on us to get us a to go box, but again...nothing. He didn't come over until at least 10-15 minutes later when I finally had to just get his attention. What really took the cake was when he came over and asked "What did I do wrong?" I don't know, what DID you do to begin with? He hadn't even bothered looking in our direction in at least 30 minutes by that point. Thankfully we were able to get a to go box, but we had to remind him that one of our meals came with a cheesecake, which we never ended up getting as we left about 15 minutes later because of how late it was.

Read moreMy first time at this location was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful and they were all very welcoming. We even got to meet the owner who was amazing.
Sad to say our second time at this location was absolute trash. I get it's a holiday ... which why I called three hours ahead to reserve a table for my family. For what ? Just for us to arrive 15 minutes early and for them to tell us we need to wait 30 minutes for a table to become available even though I reserved one? Okay no big deal. We went outside in this hot weather and waited for close to 45 minutes until I finally went back inside, as I never received a text like they said they would send me after my 30 minute wait, I told the lady in front we had already been waiting for over 40 minutes and if our table would be ready soon. She said there's only so much they can do and even though I called and reserved I still needed to wait until somebody left. She said 10 minutes max on our OTHER wait.
Went back out again we were all so frustrated from being in the hot outdoors with the kids. We waited another 10-15 minutes until I finally got a text our table was ready just for us to sit in a tight cramped booth with the sun hitting us and it felt so hot inside. Way worse than outside.
I would say you take your chance coming here. Just can't believe the reservation part. Why say you take reservations if you're not going to actually save a table for the guest when called hours ahead ? Get it together.
