Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Alpharetta

For me this was just ok. This restaurant specializes in chicken salad sandwiches or salad. They offer different flavors of chicken salad, for example, buffalo, barbecue, etc. You also have a choice of bread from croissants to regular. I had the classic which is the basic chicken salad, and my wife had the Dixie Chick which is full of onions. They were both good, but nothing to write home about. I feel I could make this at home and spruce it up the way I like it. They have a variety of sides...fruit, mac&cheese, pasta salad, broccoli salad, and a grape salad. I had the broccoli and my wife had the grape salad. I think they should add potato chips as a side but they were both good. You also get a pickle. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was our first time there, so she was very patient with us and answered every question. We dined in, and there was 2 other families there. We came right after lunch hours, so I guess they didn't have time to clean. A lot of the tables were dirty, and there was loose trash on the floor. It took about 10 minutes to get our good. While we were eating, one of the servers came out to clean. While she was vaccuming, dust was flying out of the vaccum. Another customer complained about it, so she stopped vaccuming. I would go back again for something different but it's not a big rush.

I have been living in Alpharetta for the past two years and I never knew this chicken salad chick was in this plaza right by my home until one day I did had an Uber eats here and I immediately tried the buffalo chicken salad because I like spicy. Spicy but kinda hot spicy The buffalo chicken salad is absolutely amazing!!!! Today was my third time eating here and I got something different this time. My usual is I get the buffalo chicken salad with the crackers and a drink. I got the chicken salad melt with the croissant lettuce tomato , provolone cheese and of course buffalo chicken salad because that’s my favorite. I’m gonna try some new ones next time.but the buffalo is my favorite!!! The customer service is amazing here you definitely feel the good attitude when you walk into the door. It’s very clean and I appreciate that especially working in retail/ food industryand customer service. Great food to say the least, i came to this establishment to try their food and see if my company would be interested in catering as i have heard great reviews before, but was highly unpleased with how i was approached. I stood in like for no longer than 4-6 minutes and watched multiple people get properly greeted with " hello, how can i help you?" and other professional formality greetings. Then once it was my turn i was asked first " are you here for Doordash?" "Are you here with UberEats?" " Are you picking up for someone else?" I was asked several questions before i could speak up and say i just wanted to order my food. At that point i felt I was being profiled. Was it my street clothes that may have given off the impression of me , i cant be sure but i found it very uncomfortable to not be approached the way others were in front of me and even behind me.
