DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I used to sell jewelry myself and I recently purchased a fake sterling silver ring from here. The ring was stamped 925 but still turned my boyfriend’s hand green (no he is not allergic and has a bunch of other silver rings with no issues from other places) the man refused to give me a refund even though he never once stated it was not refundable. From my experience only people who do not back up their product offer 0 refunds. The owner had us exchange the ring countless times with stainless steel even though he did not have the right size ring in silver. I had to go back and demand a silver ring in my boyfriend’s size which is still not the ring he originally wanted nor is it of quality. Having to constantly go out of my way was extremely inconvenient and even after this was told to go to my own jewelers in the future and to not return (which I wish I did to begin with). Terrible business the jewelers in front of forever21 are his parents and they are also the worst both stands sell fake cheap jewelry with horrible service. Save your money and just go to Banter downstairs or H&Q instead!!! Great customer service but I feel like I was played, a couple months back I brought two very personal charms to get out on chains & was recommended two small chains (because I asked for two small sturdy chains), I was told they were not going to break even after I noticed one was very thin & was willing to choose a sturdier one, Not even 3 months after I almost lost one of my charms because the chain broke in two places while I was sleeping, When I’m finally able to bring it in to get fixed (which is a 20$ charge per solder) I get it back and it immediately breaks again, so I had to then GO OUT of my way to bring it back again that same day to make sure I wasn’t charged AGAIN to only have the chain break once more in a completely different spot as soon as I got home to put it on.
