I have visited this Starbucks for almost 7 months some time twice a day. I’ve had to go back and have them remake it plenty of times. My order total was always the same until the local city tax increased it a few cents (which is fine) but today I was told that I have to be charged $2 more for the exact same drink I’ve always gotten. I was told they hadn’t been ringing it up right. Well this is not the only Starbucks I go to. I order the same thing and the total is real close (off by a few cents due to city tax). I feel if your team hadn’t gotten it right in 7months why should you make the customer pay. That’s poor customer service! I guess all the stores are ringing it up wrong. I won’t be going back to this Starbucks. I believe they are just upset that I don’t settle. If it’s not right it has to be remade. They are too costly to toss cause the taste is off. Read moreI want to love this place because it’s the closest Starbucks, but no matter what I get they always mess up the orders. Idk if they are too busy or short staffed, but every drink I get, their espresso shots have “died” tasting burnt, stale, and bitter, even when I order Ristretto shots. Shots can become unpalatable in under a minute once poured (when they lose their crema froth and their color darkens/ gets less golden) and so unless the shots are being poured directly into the drink’s water or milk they really need to shake a leg pouring the shots before the shots have the chance to oxidize and lose their flavor compounds, or get their equipment recalibrated. Going to take a break from this store awhile and hope the quality improves- Way too expensive to get something that doesn’t...
Read moreI love Starbucks. I’ve been with them since they first opened in Seattle, but many locations have gone. Downhill quality control is horrible. Just went through Starbucks. The bathroom look like it had a tornado. The floors were sloppy wet placed. My order waited almost 17 minutes because two of the girls were talking about what they are going to do this coming weekend at some lake party I know employees have friendships and bonds to stand there talking with not even making a drink is a little ridiculous. I’ve been to Starbucks where the employees hold the conversation and make coffee at the same time and don’t miss a beat.
