I was scheduled to have a hair appointment with Amy. I honestly was nervous it’s been a while since I had color or my hair cut. I was happy they had a last minute appointment due to me having to attend my father funeral the next day. I didn’t know what accident highlights were but I had pics of what I would like my hair to somewhat did like. I saw Amy told her to do whatever she felt like would look good on me and she did just that. I absolutely love love my hair. She did an amazing job. My first time visiting this store. I only went because they had something in stock that I needed. I was followed around like I was a criminal. I've been in several different stores, as I do a lot of business with Ulta. But this store made me feel uncomfortable like I didn't belong, and offered no real assistance, as as my needs were just brushed off due to assumptions made. I prefer Fairview Heights, they make you feel welcomed like your business is appreciated, and truly want to help with amazing service and staff. I will never do business with the Alton...
