The young staff working there do not greet the customers, smile, or explain anything they are doing at the register. I had one girl, forgot her name will comment that later, ask for my ID when doing a return and REFUSED to tell me why. My receipt wasn’t pulling up on my phone due to service issues and she refused to communicate anything to me. I asked if I could use my card I had purchased on and she pushed store credit (when I firmly and loudly stated I didn’t want that )(hoping an actual adult would see this child treating me this way) not one of those managers came over. After going back and forth with a literal child that I didn’t want store credit she finally used my card and gave me my money back. This is such a wild experience, and you should teach the young people there (literal children) that they HAVE to communicate and CANNOT do whatever they want....
