Be careful going to this location. Employees are constantly angry. Last time my son and I stopped by, the guy was slamming things the whole time he helped us. So we started using the app. I always get the same sandwich, and the app is great for that because you can save it and reorder it any time. Today I received an over toasted sub. About 30% of the bread was abnormally rock hard. I went back for a replacement and was that just the most horrific experience. Manager, began auguring with me from the start and I simply kept telling her I didn't want to argue. In the middle of the ordeal one of the male employees yells at me and looks at me like he's about to jump over the counter and start beating on me. I'm not even sure what I've done wrong since I didn't ask for free food only a replacement or refund if they didn't want to remake it, but it seems like they need some kind of excitement or something. Not sure, but what I do know is a sandwich is not worth getting possibly assaulted by an employee for not liking their product, or going to jail for something stupid that gets out of hand. Keep you sandwich guys it's not that big of a deal. From other reviews seem to be the same lady causing a lot of the problems at this location. No wonder she acts the way she does as some of the reviews go back two years. I guess the district manager doesn't care about the bottom line of...
Read moreDrove thru, confusion on ordering, so I came inside. Attitude will hurt a business. No one there but me. I told her I chose to come inside because of the confusion on what I was ordering. I apologized that I never have ordered in their drive thru before. She and the other lady were not friendly at all. Not a smile insight. I order there many times, take out, and dine in. She started my sandwich, and I realized she was doing a foot long. I told her I wanted a 6" not a foot long. She had already put the chicken on. I apologized. She never asked me what size once. Attitude from both women came on thru looks and tone. I don't expect them to be there long. I apologized several times. It went unexcepted. Maybe a language barrier, not sure. I will still go there, if either of them are working I will go to another location. There's no need to ever be rude. Employee nor patron. I am 71 and not a rude person. Maybe they both were having a bad day. I was having a great day and finishing it off with a...
Read moreFirst I went inside and they had no customers, I walked up to the meats and was deciding silently when the older lady with the strong accent walks up and was Impatienting waiting for me to pick something so I asked her to give me a minute im still deciding and she didn’t wait lol she was still asking me what I wanted and I had to speak louder then her for her to understand that I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WANTED AND IF SHE CAN HOLD ON. she just took her gloves off shaking her head mumbling and walked back to the kitchen, I just didn’t understand why she couldn’t just let me look and decide for 1minute. lol . Then when I was finished ordering with another employee I went to sit in the back and the door to the kitchen was opened, she was back their washing dishes and looking at me while I ate. 🫣 plus it’s always 89 degrees in the dinning room area. It’s dirty! All the tables are...
