I'm writing this review more in regards to the employees currently working the night shift today March 22nd 2018. I pray each one gets fired because they clearly can't do a simple freaking job. My issue starts when my husband orders my daughter and I a simple brown bag special. Burgers all the way with the toppings but mustard only not to put ketchup or mayonnaise on them. Made sure the guy taking the order was well aware we didn't want ketchup or mayonnaise. (Mind you my daughter and I are highly allergic to both)! So we wait on our food. Sure enough food comes out and what do you think BOTH BURGERS have on them??? That's right the two things my husband told them plenty not to put on it. So now I'm sitting in my car smelling food I can not eat beyond livid at this point. Husband calls for someone to come out to correct my order! The kid stands there asks what's the problem beyond mad when I have every single right to be I lean over and say you f*ing put ketchup and mayonnaise on it when we told you not to and we want it fixed!!!! Instead of acknowledging that yeah they clearly messed up our order he acts like I have no right to be currently mad at this point and tells us he isn't fixing the order doesn't offer us a refund and then walks off as my husband is demanding a manager and tells us to call corporate! So now my disabled vet of a husband's anxiety is in full force so he gets out of the car with bag of toxic food in hand and yes throws their trash food at the window!!! How are you going to refuse to correct an issue you caused and not even offer a refund. Then my husband demands a refund and requests they send someone other than the twit who clearly acted as though he doesn't have to do his job at all. And what do they do? Sent the twit who doesn't care about his job or have the smallest amount of respect for the customers that supply him with a job! All of them at that point started to goad my husband to fight. I'm sorry but this is not customer service. I get had nothing been said about the ketchup or mayonnaise in the first place that would be our bad as a customer but they were asked several times during the order on top of it being the last thing said and then still got it wrong!!!! Next time if I ever decide to go back to this sonic they mess my order up again like that I'm just going to take a bite and then sue sonic for trying to kill me. I guess then their employees wouldn't find things so funny now would they? You know when ppl request not to have things on their food it's not always because they just want to be picky and make a fuss. A lot of the time it's because the ppl are allergic. So if sonic wants to hire employees who clearly don't care about their job or customers then I guess I don't mind throwing out a lawsuit when their employees make a death attempt...
Read moreI pull up and order two #17 meals both with powerade and then an additional vanilla coke. I quickly cancelled the Vanilla coke and just add a #18 with a vanilla coke. The order was repeated back to me but with one of the #17 meals with a vanilla coke. I started to repeat my order back trying to correct it and the lady repeatedly cut me off trying to repeat my order back to me but it was incorrect every time. After the 4th time of trying to correct the order, I pull up to the window and an assistant manager, Paige is there. I attempted to give my order at the window and she cut me off AGAIN! I told her to please stop interrupting me. I gave her my order without interruptions and she proceeded to tell me “okay, I didn’t know you wanted both #17s with a Powerade.” SERIOUSLY?! If she would have not interrupted me to begin with, all of the frustration could have been avoided.
She closed the window and I am reading her lips as she’s cursing me out. This is an assistant manager. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
Another lady brought my order to the window and asked if she is the manager. She said “I’m one of them.” I explained the situation to her. She said, reluctantly, “we will talk and fix it.” I don’t think I’ve been more disregarded. I asked her how often the President goes into the store because he should probably revisit the staffing and she said he doesn’t.

The cashier rang up a Sonic double cheeseburger for $5+ and $7.99 for the tenders. We told her that it’s incorrect and she hung up. When our food was delivered, we told the person what happened and asked her to correct our order before we agree to pay. She told us that the chicken tenders were $7.99 because it’s $4.99+tax. 😳🤷🏻♀️ We said, ‘no, that’s not how taxes works for an order of $4.99’. She went back to correct the order, but a worker wearing a red shirt by the name of PAIGE came out to rudely ask us to explain. We told her and she said she doesn’t know why the screen shows that special of $3. And questioned us if we’re sure we didn’t say a meal for the tenders. We told her we told the cashier we didn’t want that too. She stormed off and rudely dropped a small bag of food without looking at us. We opened it quickly and noticed she didn’t give us our sides that we paid for. She said we didn’t pay for it while we’re pointing our orders out to her. She got more mad and stormed back to get us the rest that she owes us. Boy, she must’ve been pms’ing because she was very upset.
