Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Alvin

Called the location in alvin , was customizing a pizza with burger sauce (which I have had done at other locations no problem . Just takes a little explaining) . The person who answered the phone is not the one at fault . He seemed alittle new and not quite sure of himself . But he then went and asked a manager . The phone was never put on hold so I heard there entire conversation . The manager was basically talking mess and made this poor kid come and tell me "uhh we don't do that anymore " instead of doing it himself. The manager defiantly need more customer service training,and need to not treat their employees like like either . I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this location, and it's manager on duty February 8,2021 around 6pm . We asked for a Medium Hawaiian pizza and added some extras (extra sauce, black olives) When my husband picked it up it cost $26 (two good steaks at Stanton's) and there was VERY LITTLE sauce, very little pineapple but they did put the black olives on it. He was informed if he'd done some on the pc it would have been $10 cheaper.... lol He's 84 and has finally learned how to turn his phone on. NO MILITARY DISCOUNT..... This Papa Johns is normally our go to. But this last time was absolutely terrible. I placed an online order that said it would be ready for pick up in 14-24 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and waited for about 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me. They hadn’t even cooked my papadilla. I had to stand around for 20 minutes and wait. In the meantime, I watched about 6 employees mill around in the back doing absolutely nothing but looking at their phones. It appeared only one person was working.
