I came into their store because I saw some artwork Marisol had done. I met her husband, Tony, and shopped - even going to their other store. Their items are beautiful, maybe a bit over priced, but gorgeous.
I bought a couple of items, yet am disappointed in my final purchase and interaction, because of the following: I dealt with Tony - smooth talker when completing my purchase I was NOT informed of payment options and was charged a service fee. delivery fee is too much, $295. I was told by Tony this was normal for the area yet I have not found a furniture delivery service charging this much he said it was what locals charged and his delivery was white glove.
The āwhite gloveā delivery service did not contact me ahead of time. I had to contact them to determine delivery time. And they were not able to understand English. While on site I had to ask for pads to be placed and struggled to communicate.
Last, throughout the process I thought I was getting new product. I was told I received floor merchandise.
I went into the store and talked to Tony. No apologies or compensation.

I paid for the light and Mandy went to get it down for me but was not able. I said no problem, I will return in 3 weeks since I live 300 miles away and was leaving early the next morning. She said it would be down and ready for pick up when I returned. I returned in 3 weeks, and It was still hanging from the ceiling. Ashley was the associate that day and she said I had to give them a notice. She said, return the next day anytime after 10am to pick up. I returned at 1pm and the light was still hanging. She said she forgot to get it down. I was leaving the next morning so I requested a refund. She said she could not authorize a refund. I called back a week later to check on my refund and they said all sales are final. I suggested they send it to me UPS and they said they were not authorized to do that either. My credit card company and I called the store and tried to resolve the issue. We spoke to Ashley again and discussed our problem and she ended the call by hanging up on both of us. Very rude.. The full price of the table $3,959.00 was charged to our visa card on 12/7/2020 as we were told that they require all orders paid in full. Basically the table delivered way past the delivery date, not the promised materials, a very different piece of wood from what we viewed on the store room floor and the finish was not the same as what we viewed on the floor. Watch out! Marisol will bait you with a floor piece of furniture and swap you out with something very inferior! Sheās too busy and cannot be bothered to take care & concern to deliver a quality product consistent with what you view in store. Oh, and nothing is really custom either.
