Marble Slab Creamery — Local services in Alys Beach

Went on May 4th. Place was unkept and looked unorganized. The display cones on the counter top were so old that they had literally wilted. I should have left at that point. The staff were unengaged, not wearing any kind of uniform or branded shirt (I was not sure at first if they worked there). The marble slab was not cold so it was wet when my ice cream was mixed with Oreos. Not all ingredients were added to the order (I’m not sure if they were out of stock or the guy behind the counter just didn’t care, but no explanation). This is the worst location to go I went with my mom it was two girls working not a welcome in or anything we did all the communicating we’ve been to a marble slab creamery before but just not this location and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone they were rude had horrible customer service and got annoyed by everything they had to do it was very obvious they didn’t like their job and what they had to do everything just seemed like an inconvenience to them and the price was outrageous!!!!!!!! We have always had good experiences here until today. We waited 30 minutes past the time for a preordered cake and then getting something that looked like a 3 year decorated was really disappointing, especially for the price paid. The pattern around the side was suppose to have red, green, brown and white, but she didn’t even get the brown and white pattern correctly, missing several places.
