I purchased a plain silver necklace last November. I wore the necklace, maybe 3 times, I kept it in the red net bag that was given to me upon purchase. A couple of months ago, I pulled it out to wear, and it had changed colors. $64.99 for this necklace. I went in on yesterday, 12/2024 to see if there was anything that could be done. I did not want money; an exchange or store credit. The lady looked me up, and said I purchased it last November and the warranty was past. It's only a couple of weeks past, really. You can't do anything, or won't. My fault, I should have returned it when I saw it. But sometimes there is not enough time in the days. My recommendation to those of you looking for silver, if it's not Brighton, don't purchase it. It's gonna tanish, and it ain't pretty. And your money will be pissed down the drain. The store was alright, but my first time walking in with my friend (I understand we were wearing all black, apologies that was a red flag for follow us through the store), we weren’t expecting for every sales person to question if we needed help every 3 minutes. I was riding with my husband on a super long road trip from Oklahoma to New Mexico. We were running short on time for stopping and shopping for a birthday gift for my mom.
