One of the better outdoor retail areas in Amarillo. The facades of all the units were updated a few years back, giving the whole complex a walkable, small-town vibe. There's a mix of retail, dining, and services so the shopping center stays busy throughout the day. Good central location in the city and right off the highway.

There are so many diverse business and service offerings at this strip mall making it a one stop shopping experience. My favorite is Texas Tea for wonderful flavored teas, filtered water and private label soft drinks.
