Problem...yes. i first came in on April 12 found the radio i wanted to replace the one in my truck. i was given a sales reciept for the cost and thought it was ordered....no one mentioned paying for it up front....which would have been no problem. i told the sales person my next day off would be 2 weeks ..April 26. when i came in on April 26 my name had been marked out on the appointment book and radio had not been ordered. this is when i found out i was supposed to pay first ..like i said no one said anything about that on the 12th. should have left then but i didnt..instead i paid for the unit but a week later it still hadnt been ordered . i returned again on May 10 to find the radio still wasnt there but the dash kit and wiring harness was there and it seemed like just to get rid of me i was given the display model and was told it would be the following wednesday before it could be installed...funny thing is i saw the appointment book ..it was BLANK. needless to say i will never darken your door again..if you didnt want my business why didnt you...

At one point and time this was a wonderful place to go! Unfortunately things have changed I have been doing business with them for years and even referred many people to them as well! I recently had some repairs done on my sound system in my truck and had told them that I wanted to pay for everything up front and paid a decent amount of money to them! Then when I came to pick my truck up it was 120 dollars more including "labor" and additional problems they ran into and did not bother to inform me about extra parts they installed prior to installing them! And to put Icing on the cake they were very rude they stole my aux cord and phone charger and pretty much told me sorry and screw off so do not do business with these people they lie and steal and are rude which is sad because they are so talented and everything they sell is very...

I went to get an aux cable installed in my 06 mustang and they quoted me at $100. By the time they were finished the price had doubled! After picking it up I discovered that my AC fan no longer worked and they left trash all over the floor board of the vehicle as well as grease and dirt in the seats. The staff was very unprofessional and didnt even ask for my contact information before leaving the car to be worked on. I will never return here for anything and would not recommend this...
