7 years ago i left a glowing review, but like everything else post pandemic this place has also become mediocre. I placed an order online for my mothers birthday and it told me it would be an hour and a half wait, no problem, i get a call at the hour mark saying that its been ready for 30min and do i plan to pick it up...it sat there for an additional 20 min because i was picking my daughter up from daycare on the otherside of town. Had i known it would have been ready nearly an hour ahead of time i would have made different arrangements or placed a later order...when i finally got there and asked why their website said such a long time if it was not accurate, they shrugged and said they dont control the website, when asked why they waited 30 mins after the order was ready before they called they just shrugged. I read the reviews and wanted to try it out. I haven't found a pizza place here I love and most of the reviews were pretty positive. I called to see if they delivered to my area an hour before they closed and I was hung up on twice. The person who answered the phone went to check and while I was on hold the call was disconnected. I figured maybe just an accident, dropped call, etc. I called right back and was hung up on after one ring. I called again and was offered a half hearted excuse and no apology. I was told I was hung up on originally because she picked up the wrong line and the second time because the two people handling phones (at 9 p.m.) picked up the same line. I understand it snowed recently (the streets are mostly clear now) and they were closing in one hour. I would understand an explaination that they can't deliver in that timeframe. However, just hanging up on people is rude. I wouldn't recommend it, certainly not...

Itried to tell the guys I work with not to go there but they wanted to go there because they thought it would be quick well it was neither quick nor good I ordered the submarine sandwichbecause it said it was piled high with salami ham and turkey there was one little sliver of ham one little sliver turkey and one piece of salami on it the sandwich was the worst I ever had and then it afterwards it upset my stomach and sent me to the restroom and all my friends everyone of us three of us all together was in and out of the restroom the rest of the day and we all three said we would never go back there again and I told the the counter person that the sandwich was very disappointingand she said that used to be different well that didn't solve my problem and neither did going to the restroom the rest of the day so I give it a less...
