CB Boutique — Local services in Amarillo

Bought about $150 worth of clothes and accessories for my daughter's birthday here. In that purchase were some sandals that had a piece of leather between the toes and they were a little small. My daughter wore them for a total of 30 minutes in our house and decided she did not like them. So we decided to take them back and exchange them. When we arrived we gave them the sandals and told them the problem. We then started looking for the exchange as well as other items my wife and daughter were interested in we were then approached by someone that worked there and she informed my wife that they wouldn't exchange or give store credit because they had been worn. Really? How else is someone supposed to know if something works for them? Once my wife told me I responded that we wouldn't be spending another cent in that store and we left. My mom bought me some shoes that were on sale. The shoes were the right size but i guess the shoes ran a little small. I tired to go and get store credit or exchange the shoes for a different size. The lady at the cashier was not very friendly about it. I understood i wasn’t able to exchange them so i continued to look around and shop. I have shopped at this boutique plenty of times and never felt unwelcome, like i did today. The whole time the lady was watching me as if i was going to steal something. I felt rushed because she kept asking if i was ready to check out. I ended up leaving and not buying anything. I’m never one to complain, but i’ve enjoyed shopping at this boutique for years and i hope the next time i shop there, things...

Shopping here was a tragedy!! I went here with my daughter thinking I would find something cute for her first day of second grade. But wrong!! We went in and started browsing for some pants that would be cute, but then I spotted a roach or some type of bug near the clothing. I was in total shock, I walked over to an employee and reported it to them but they were completely rude. Then we went over to look at some other stuff and found what looked like mold near the candy. DISGUSTING. Then we finally ended up buying pants that fell apart at the seams after being put in the washing machine. NEVER shopping...
