Let me take you on a very emotional journey of how this location is the worst! Their selection of video games is very disorganized and very little was there. The sales associate couldnt even tell me why. What was there looked second hand. I had to ask a 10 year old how Vbucks works. There was very little in terms of the mini Polaroid selection you could choose. Meaning not many accessories and not many replacement mini Polaroid. Everything seemed sparse there. No one offered to help me when i was there. I went to pick up a hold item i purchased online. I didn't receive any email notifications. When i went to pick-up it seemed like such a hassel to them even though i pointed right at the item and it had my name on it but i was the "sub name" they not only made me show my ID (of course) they wanted my best buy credit card i used. My concern is my name matches my ID on the order. What are they hoping to find. Few days later i purchase an amazon card, nothing i haven't done before. Crazy thing is few days after using it amazon flags the card as fraud. I call best buy, i tell them what happen. Now they have me call corporate. You get where im going. corporate goes let me talk to the store you bought it from. She gets back on the line and tells me to go back in and speak to manager because its the store manager who will issue me a new card or refund me. Great. I go to best buy. Explain this and show the emails and then they call a manager up. The manager doesnt even listen to me or his associates. Ignores her ignores me and tells corporate that the card doesnt work. She tries to tell him no amazon says the card is fraud. He ignores her. Is rude to the corporate guy on the phone. And finishes up buy saying the card has a zero balances and hang up. I hardly have a voice because i loose my voice all the time. Im trying to tell him if he would have listen to me i tried to use the card but amazon says its fraud and goes against their terms and that its the place that sold me the card i need to go through. I dont even know how to describe this manager. I was there around 5pm on the 18th of feb and this guy was rude. I was not rude to him at all and the most sick thing is that he was rude to his employee. This is a billion dollar company that i bought a card from and his excuse its their merchandise and i need to take it up with them. However amazon says because best buy sold me the fraud card its their responsibility to handle this. Do not buy gift cards from them especially if this is how they treat people how have their credit cards or been part or their loyalty program for who knows how long. What is happening is best buy steals from you by putting people like the one who didnt want to help me in a position where they get a little power and feel like helping me is a waist...

I found the speakers, and charger I had come to BestBuy for but not the SD card. I wanted the one the manufacturer of my DJI camera recommended because the one I bought with it was slow. I couldn't find anyone to help me so I asked the greeter at the door. He said he didn't know. I told him that my phone was dead or I'd Google it. Could he look it up? He repeated he didn't know and pointed me towards the SD cards. On the way I found an employee and asked her for help figuring out what the manufacturer recommended SD card was for the $600 camera I had bought at BestBuy. They sold the camera and should know what the manufacturer recommended, or they could just Google it. I told her I'd Google it but my phone was dead. She said any SD should work. I explained to her that a message was flashing on the camera saying it was slow and I wanted to buy the one the manufacturer recommended, could she Google it for me because my phone was dead? She just repeated any SD should work and walked off. I tried one other employee who was just standing there but he said he was helping someone else. I went to the Geek Squad, waited till the person they were helping left, and asked. The Geek Squad expert said he didn't know! I told him that I had Googled it to find out and my phone was dead or I'd Google it now and he just repeated that he didn't know. I reminded him that BestBuy sold me the camera so they must know what the manufacturer recommends. He said he was sorry he couldn't help me. I felt like the reason for the poor service was racism, agism, or sexism. I told a friend and he said that "quiet quitting" was being encouraged during the holiday season as a protest against low wages. I Googled it and that means that employees do the amount of work they personally believe the wages are worth. This is a GenZ thing and it is being popularized on social media. Was that it or are the employees all racist, agist, sexists? I don't know but I won't ever set foot in that BestBuy again. Their prices are not competitive and if they are going to treat their customers like trash then they won't be getting any more...

I would give him 5 STARS On my part I did not have my wallet and was not able to finish the transaction He finished what we needed which took some doing because I was purchasing a electric dryer for my daughter in Wyoming from my home store in American Fork Utah. We got all of the details ironed out he printed out a transaction receipt with a barcoded or QR code on it and what I needed to pay on my return and he reminded me that I needed to take care of this before store closing tonight (8:00pm) Great I'll be back up to this point š "5 STARS"
downhill from this point on , I had a questions for the pickup store in Casper Wyoming I went online called the number listed on the website listened to the recording which by the time I gave up trying numbered 8 times and over 2 plus hours of waiting with no human interaction just the same old recordings and then my selections i tried several since no one was answering on the one I initially wanted help from. Frustrated š beyond frustration I finally emailed a request for a welfare check to see if the whole store was DEAD! I did eventually get a response with a different number and extension to call. How nice after pulling out half my hair a response but of course by now the store is closed for today.
It only gets worse! I return to my hometown store with my barcoded or QR receipt go to customer service present my receipt they can find no record of my order the clerk calls his supervisor who looks through the computer tries to access the QR code several times and finally tells me someone in another department has canceled my order before the close business day how unfortunate the manager tells me and apologized. You just need to come back in tomorrow and we can redo it for you again. Well there is a trail š£ of what hair I had left out to my car.
