Wonderful Customer Service- I need to thank the employees at Havenlight for an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! I am from Arizona, was coming to Utah for only x2 days- Called the Orem store - on Thursday afternoon- not realizing that according to Utah time it was already after closing- and yet still - Heady answered the call and was SO cheerful, very helpful- directed me to the American Fork location for a specific print n framing need. Then unable to call bc of bad reception on the road, I texted their AF number that same afternoon, not knowing if anyone would get the call. Yet, the next day I received a text reply from someone who even included a foto of the exact print I'd hoped to purchase. Meanwhile when I reached the nearest town, I had reception and called the AF location directly as per my need. Angela answered - so helpful - and altho they didn't have my requested painting in the print size I needed - they said they would print that specific size for me and have it ready the next day. I arrived at the AF location the next afternoon- the print was ready as promised, they mounted it beautifully in our 40 yr old beloved frame. They even took the initiative to put new/improved backing on our frame for easier access! And I was on my way in less than 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon- 1 hour before closing??!! My order showed up in December, after I had left several messages with their customer service department via phone and email but never heard from them. I was so excited when it finally came, but when I opened it I found that the frame was damaged in several places. I immediately contacted them via phone and finally was able to speak to a real person, Trisha. She had me send pictures of both the damaged frame and pictures of the shipping box. She said she would talk to somebody and get in touch with me, which she did. They said they would send me a new picture, frame and all. That was the first part of December. I have reached out to her via email several times since to see when I could expect the replacement picture but I haven't heard back from her yet. I went into Costco to see what they could do for me and they said they would refund me my total cost. How sad that I have to go through Costco to get any kind of help on the matter. I would definitely not purchase through this company, customer service...

I placed an order on Dec 17th and though they took my money, it STILL has not shipped which means it wonāt be in time for Christmas. I also had a another question about my order. The website instructs me to call. I have left three VM and sent an email and have been trying to contact them for several days now and they are ignoring me completely. I am feeling robbed and ignored. I understand things are busy at Christmas, but for the money I spent I expect a receptionist or two to be on staff answering and returning calls. Iām THIS CLOSE to filing a legal complaint as this was a LOT of money.
