This was an experience that happened a little while back. I tried ordering online for the first time to my local taco bell, I’ve been going to this location for years and decided to order online and skip the wait. Which was a terrible mistake. I was ordering for me and my sister, so it was a pretty decent sized order. After waiting the recommended time on the app, we drove to the location expecting to pick up the food and go, but when i told the cashier i was there to pick up my order he said they received no online order. Despite the fact that i paid for the order. I tried explaining what had happened and the cashier seemed nervous and began shaking. I understand it wasn’t his fault that my order was messed up. So after a couple minutes of talking to the cashier the manager comes over and looks at my online receipt and tries to convince me to drive to another taco bell location on the assumption that it COULD have been sent there. Despite the fact that there is only 1 taco bell in American fork. He kept trying to convince me that there was another location in AF, which is not true. I’ve lived here my whole life and would know if there was a second location. After he couldn’t talk me into driving to the Lehi location, he tried to convince me to pay for the same order again, on the assumption that my original payment would be refunded back to me. I seriously had to show the manager my online bank statements with a date and time to prove I wasn’t lying. After was seemed like hours of going back and fourth with this guy, he eventually gave in and made my order. Which is what should have happened in the first place. Two days later i checked my bank statements and i was NEVER refunded the original amount. So I would have ended up paying like $40 for my order. Never going to online order for this...

Amazing experience. These folks actually care about getting it right. Just the best fast food experience I've had in a long time.

This place needs new management.
It took me about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I suppose they thought I would use the unsanitary touch screen?
When I finally got someone to help me at the register, he was definitely struggling. He wasn't trained on how to modify things correctly, and immediately told me that my modification wasn't possible. I told him that I had come to many other locations, including this one a week ago, and it has never been an issue. He found a way to do it. He asked me if is was for here, or to go. I said "For here." He repeated, "To go?" Really, basic listening skills are in question now?
I WAITED 25 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD. Then I finally got fed up and went to the register. There was no one there, but other customers were growing impatient. By this time, I had already seen about 7 customers walk out due to long wait times.
Meanwhile, their shift leader was busy having a personal conversation with her employees that had absolutely nothing to do with work, which I interpreted as very unprofessional.
I raised my voice politely, trying to get their attention, but felt like I was being ignored. I had to call the store, while in the store, in order to get someone to come to the register. I explained to the shift leader that I want a refund. She was very happy to do that, and had great customer service, but that was likely due to the fact that they must...
Read moreI have been working as a delivery driver for 4 years. I worked in Philadelphia for 2 years. I also worked in Utah for 2 years. When you walk into each location, the workers and the manager always smile at you, wish you a good day, and are friendly towards you. Some Taco Bell locations are also very kind to delivery drivers and always wish you a good day. They greet you with a smile. At this address 633 S 500 E St, American Fork, UT 84003, Taco Bell has a middle aged woman working there. As a manager. Terrible attitude towards drivers. Constantly rude, boorish. Aggressively demands proof of delivery. Also today I had one customer on Uber eats and two customers on Dordash. She refused to give to three customers. Although in other restaurants they give right away. As a result, one customer refused the order. Because of the long wait. This is not the first time, I have received orders from her before. And she is constantly unhappy, constantly angry, no smile or greeting. I myself worked in the service industry. And I know that a good attitude is a symbol of the establishment. Also, my friends were recently in this cafe and ordered food during her shift and were not satisfied. Please remove her from the service industry. She does not deserve to work there. The service industry should have a manager or another employee who knows how to serve customers with a smile...
