NOT GOOD!!!!So where do I start...... I recently bought my second vehicle thinking I would have a good experience since my first one was great but have to say this time was not!!!!! I was extremely disappointed in the service after the sale. Feel like I was treated like crap because the vehicle I purchase was one of the lower priced on the lot. Let me explain why....... I purchased a vehicle that the defrost didn't work ( even though it passed safety and emissions...and law states it has to work to pass),so I called the office and the told me to contact their mechanic to schedule a appointment to get it fixed. After a week of calling with no luck I called back the office and they told me that the mechanic was there and I could talk to him, so I did. He told me to bring it there a week later than what I talked to them and they would fix it. The following week I took it down there and they took my vehicle. After 3 days of no communication telling me how long they were going to have my vehicle I decided to go back down to the office, and to my surprise my vehicle is sitting on the lot. I went in to ask what was going on and then they asked me if I was here to pick it up I told them I was never contacted and told to come and pick it up I was just there to check to see what was going on. So they told me to check the inside for the keys. Opening the doors I found that the whole inside was black oil and figure prints all over light cream leather and my dashboard was completely scratched from the tools that they use. There was a big ding on the drivers door and a half of tank of gas was gone. So I went back into the office and ask them to come out and look at it with me. When I took them out and showed them the damage and how dirty the whole thing was they told me that it was only $.....and that I shouldn't complain because the vehicle didn't cost that much( 7,000+) and they help me out by repairing the defrost( that they should have done for safety and emissions in the first place). Then proceeded to tell me that they would clean it up for me,so I wouldn't be upset and to come back later that day, so I did. When I came back to pick it up it was a little bit darker and all the crap earlier I was tired so I just took it home. I decided to wash it myself since they didn't do a very good job and before doing it I discovered that they took some abrasive pad to the outside of my vehicle and destroyed the paint and the chrome trim on the vehicle. Now the entire vehicle has swirl marks and scrub marks all over it( which it was glass looking and now it's dull and scratch) and I haven't even had it a month and I have to repaint the hole thing. So long story short I bought a vehicle that should have had the defost working and now the dashboard and the outside of my truck is destroyed and the value is down. Very very disappointed in the service that I received. If they didn't have a mechanic that could do the work in the first place they should Outsource that to a person that could instead of trying to handle something that they couldn't do now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I have to fix!!! GREAT lots of$$$$$ After the extremely poor service that I received the first time I decided on not to contact them again !!! It's not like they are going to fix it without another fight!!!! If you decide to buy from Watts make sure everything works before we leaving that lot. I know I didn't buy the highest value vehicle in their lot but with any vehicle you should have better customer services PS they weren't minor grease spots all over the there were scratches all over my dashboard and grease every where in my truck ( all over leather seats) yes they did offer to clean it up but when they did they destroyed my paint job by using a rough pad on it andno further contact with ever made between me and Watts Auto due to the fact they treat me like a seconded...

Very unfortunate that I have to leave this review as I never like to say negative things about a business who tries to honestly take care of their customers...that is not the case with this dealership. My 16 year old son found a pickup that he wanted to buy from them. He and his father called and negotiated a deal with Lauren...complete with pictures of our trade in vehicles that he was using for his down payment. A buyers order was sent to us...signed by them and us agreeing to the terms...and sent back. My husband and son then drove over 5 hours to go pick up the vehicle. Upon getting there, the owner Brett, after looking at the vehicles that we sent pictures of, decided he would need an additional $7000 to complete the deal...as we had a cashiers check with us from our finance company with the agreed upon amount from the buyers order signed by them. My husband stated that, no, we would not give them another $7000, and he needed to stick to the buyers agreement. He refused, knowing that my husband and son had drove over 5 hours to get to the dealership. After a very heated argument, which ended up with the owner getting in my husbands face and another salesman shoving my son, my family left. To add insult to injury, when I inquired about the $1000 deposit they had from us I was promised twice it would be refunded. Not trusting them, I filed a dispute with our credit card company. Thankful I did because they never refunded it but we were awarded it back by our credit card company. Long story short I would suggest reading all the reviews on this company and its owner, had we done that we would have never attempted to business with them. And just a bit of information, after speaking with our attorney, a buyers agreement is a legally...

I live in South Florida, Watts is obviously in Utah. Spending close to 50k without seeing a vehicle in person can be a scary under taking but the staff there, as well as the reviews by others helped me relax and have faith that what I bought would be an amazing vehicle and in good shape as advertised. Nothing was amiss, nothing was off, the vehicle was shipped to me and it was actually way better than I anticipated. I bought a gorgeous and mechanically sound vehicle from Watts and it is in such good shape and got such a good deal that my friends have been obsessing on their website wondering if they can afford a new vehicle in their life. I started a chain reaction. Everything that was told to me was accurate. Hunter was amazing to deal with and helped me with all of my needs even going so far as to offer to have someone come pick me up from the airport when I was trying to decide if I had enough time to get off of work and drive Lucy (what I named her) all the way back to SoFlo. When my wife is ready to get rid of her beloved Subaru we are probably going to review the stock at Watts and see if she wants anything. It is positive reviews like this one that I am giving that helped secure my decision to purchase with Hunter. The local dealerships kept jerking me around and even wound up running someone else credit as my wife's claiming Kristen did not make enough money to co-sign. My wife's name is Bryann. Hunter was not only compitent but friendly and reassuring. Thank you guys at Watts. Seriously. This beach guy is super excited. I haven't stopped smiling since I got it and couldn't sleep the first night because I wanted to get her all dirty. She kicks ass...
