I like this place. I do. But my experience using their restroom today left me wanting me to leave and not to return. First off, there is no woman’s restroom; only a unisex. This means we are required to use a toilet that is filthy and disgusting. Not only this, but the restroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was no liner giving me a barrier from this yuck. The outside of the toilet and floor was filthy. The sink gross. The toilet paper dispenser doesn’t appear to work properly. The sliding door under the TP will not lock over to the other side when the other roll is empty causing the TP to rip when trying to unroll it. Then, even the paper towel dispenser is dirty on the inside, meaning that the towel being dispensed is dirtying the freshly washed hands. Read moreI made a return for a hat and the same day purchases 2 other hats. The purchases went through but the return for $40 did not. It has been a month and the company is aware that I made the return (even found the transaction via their headquarters) but cannot refund me “because it failed”. Their new reason is that my card was expired. It is not. And obviously isn’t since the purchase went through. But conveniently the return cannot. The store can not help me and referred me to their online department. They want me to make another purchase online and then they will supposedly refund me for both orders.
